Super easy access to I-95 for a quick 10 minute commute into Center City, 13 min to the stadiums, 15 min to PHL airport, or 2 min to Betsy Ross Bridge into NJ.

Covered parking and plenty of hiking paths. 1st Floor private entry to Kit-Dining-Living with comfy Sofa, Chair and Big TV. 2nd Floor has One King Bedroom w/large closet and peek-a-boo view of the Neshaminy Creek.

This hidden oasis is a few hundred feet from the Delaware River. Bring the dog - we have 2 1/2 acres of fenced in yard for the four legged member of the family. King sized pull out in the living room for the kids. Relax with the whole family. Enjoy the patio and cook S'mores in the fire pit. Play frisbee golf, lawn bocce & croquet. If you have a fishing license you are welcome to fish from the dock or bring a kayak or bikes. Or use this as home base for exploring historic Philadelphia.

This is a very cozy, 2-bedroom apartment attached to a 200+ yo farmhouse in historic Bucks County. We are right at the edge of town on the main street in Richboro so in walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores. The yard is beautifully maintained, and the decks, outdoor grill and fire pit are available for your use and enjoyment during your stay. Owners live in the farmhouse and are generally available to answer questions and provide recommendations for the local area.

Popular family attraction Sesame Place is 10 minutes away, and Philadelphia is a 30 minute drive. Conveniently located near major highways 95 and the PA Turnpike. 1 hour drive to the Jersey Shore The apartment has its own separate entrance and does not have access to our backyard or the patio upstairs.
