The house is located on the banks of the Burguillo swamp with 3000 m2 of private land where you will find a large garden with a pool, barbecue and terrace with spectacular views of the swamp. Everything around it is the Iruelas Valley Nature Reserve, so it is a natural, isolated and quiet environment. Water sports, hiking trails, biking, horseback riding, mushroom picking, chestnuts... The area offers you a taste of the cuisine that is characterized by its rich meats and vegetables.

The 300 m2 house is on one floor. The external structure of the house is composed of stone walls up to 60 cm wide in the house, and stone and adobe in the walls of the cija. The exposed wooden ceiling gives the house a rustic and pleasant look. Both outside and inside, the old structure of the house has been maintained and the decoration has been based on the restoration and recycling of the old materials of the house and the area.
