In the heart of Astarac on the Gers hills, renovated mill that can accommodate 2 people. Very quiet environment with unobstructed views of the countryside and Pyrenees in clear weather. 10 minutes from the Saramon recreation center (swimming lake, games) 20 minutes from AUCH. Numerous hiking and biking trails. The mill is located at the rear of the renovated farmhouse near the outbuildings with separate access. Limited access to the owners' pool, schedules to be defined together.

This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house. This cottage is a former post office from the late 17th century, nestled in the charming authentic village of Isle-en-Dodon, 50 min southwest of Toulouse Blagnac airport. It is attached to the main house, while having its independence. Located in the heart of Bourg, you will have access to the main amenities. You will have direct access to a private pool as well as a terrace for your aperitifs/barbecue.

La Grange de Coumes between Arreau and Loudenvielle

Nestled between the Aure and Louron valleys, this secluded barn offers you peace and quiet while being close to Loudenvielle and Saint-Lary. Access will be on foot, on a path of about 300 meters. Solar panels supply the barn with electricity, an opportunity to change your habits. The barn is heated only by a wood-burning stove. A Nordic bath will allow you to relax and enjoy the nature around you.
