I enjoyed my stay at this property! David AND his family was/is so welcoming! It’s super quiet and plenty of stores for shopping, in walking distance. The parking is a plus, as well as a washer and dryer in the unit. Check in, as well as check out was easy and pleasant. I will definitely stay again, when I’m in the area.

I stayed here for a month while working, and overall, it was a positive experience. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance. The space itself was comfortable and met my needs, though the walls were a bit thin at times. I could occasionally hear neighbors (TV, music, and footsteps), which was noticeable but not constant. If you’re a light sleeper, bringing earplugs might help. Despite that, the location was convenient, and the value was good for the price.

I had a last minute very quick stay for a graduation. Simmy was very quick with her replies so I was able to book fast and it was simple. Clear instructions for arrival, and overall easy! Clean and peaceful stay.

Everything is perfect. Hosts are extraordinary kind. They always ask me if I need anything and reply super quickly. Studio was clean and well managed. Household stuffs were prepared. Literally perfect!
