We had the BEST time at Chase’s place. We loved the island itself, but felt very lucky to find such a fun and personable place that was full of character and wonderful amenities. We loved the hot tub, the beach items, the games, the office capabilities, the yoga items, the great water pressure, and on and on. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Chase!

My friends and I had an amazing stay at Tom’s beautiful home! It was everything we expected and more. Tom was extremely helpful with explaining everything and also offering some extra recommendations. Beds were extremely comfortable. Thank you for the amazing home away from home, would definitely stay again!

Definitely wanted to stay longer! Connie made us feel welcomed before our stay even started and was even more of a delight to meet in person. The property is beautiful! Cottage was perfect for us and our pups. Neighborhood streets are nice to walk down with stores and restaurants easy to walk to. I can go on and on about the positives so I’ll just say that we will always check availability here first for any return trips.

Chuchu (the host) was very kind and accommodating and communicated very well with us. We couldn’t stay as long as we wanted due to personal plans. So we weren’t able to enjoy the fantastic amenities like we would have liked to! There are so many amenities, and probably the best out of the Airbnb we have stayed at. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. Good parking availability. There was so much to do for everyone, from the garage games to the backyard pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Everything the listing described and then some. It was also very close to restaurants and things to do if you plan to leave the house and do other things too. It is an active area but a peaceful neighborhood and one you can relax. Best of both worlds! Great for a short stay or longer stay!

Connie was truly the perfect host. Responded so quickly to request for hot tub heat-up each eve (enjoyed the pool, too). And her written words were warm and generous. There was everything you could need in the kitchen and bath…including extras you wouldn’t even expect in other Airbnbs we’ve stayed. Syrup for our pancakes, for example, and toothpaste! Wonderful ambiance in our sweet cottage, lots of comfortable places to sit and covered front porch to snuggle up in next to the gorgeous home with beautiful gardens. Loved the lights strung across the yard; SO pretty each evening. We were fascinated by the Pasadena Parrots twice a day; fun to try and spot them in the mature trees all around. We are grateful for Connie allowing us to experience this exquisite property and we really hope to return!

MK is a fantastic host! Her place is in a wonderful, central location that allows you to easily get around LA which is saying a lot as LA can be a tough city to get around in. The home matched the description and photos. MK was very accommodating, flexible, kind, and responsive - thank you for a great stay!

Not only was this place beautiful clean and as described, it was one of the nicest in quietest Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Burbank! Patricia was responsive and easy to deal with!

Super nice and super clean place to stay. Exactly as described. Questions and requests were immediately addressed. (we needed a 3rd chair, was brought directly on request.) Super friendly. Only the neighbour's dogs are pretty loud. If we come to Los Angeles again, we will come directly again

Cute little house in Balboa island. Great location. Close to main street with shops & food. Dog friendly, although we decided not to bring our dog. I truly appreciate airbnbs that allow dogs. Of note: there is quite a bit of construction one street over. Road is closed and this house is located on the detour route. Although temporary, was noisy & busy at times. Also, the one bathroom is located downstairs. We didnt mind, but keep in mind if use restroom frequently at night (bedrooms are upstairs).

Very beautiful place nice and peaceful my Girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay very comfortable bed and an amazing shower and bath room very comfy and cozy home and Mary was a amazing host thank you so much for the beautiful home away from home experience I would highly recommend this place to any one if you are thinking about booking with Mary and this Gorgeous cottage absolutely do it you won't regret it

A great place to stay if you are looking for a short walk to the beach. Great destination and neighborhood to be in.

Our most recent visit was our third stay at Kristin and Richard’s place. We love the location. Great for visiting the entire Pasadena and LA area. Their place has tons of character and many thoughtful touches. Kristin and Richard are very friendly and super responsive.

Don's place was the perfect spot for our family. We loved the location and the views it provided while also being centralized between a few neighborhoods we wanted to explore, like Echo Park, Highland Park, and Silver Lake. It was easy to come and go, and we felt like we had a lot of privacy. I also really enjoyed the various patio spaces we had. We would stay here again.

Kari is an absolutely amazing host. So caring and responsive. Our stay was wonderful and the cottage has tons of charm. It was smaller than expected and some very minor things that go along with older homes. Primary bathroom en suite is really small, can’t even open shower door all the way. Great to walk everywhere because perfect location. We especially loved the small patio in the front for coffee in the AM and BBQ on back patio in the PM. Would definitely return!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful and secluded, yet close to shops and restaurants. Parking was sometime on the side streets but no problem at all. Kitchen is well stocked, and we enjoyed dinners outside. We hope to be back.

We enjoyed our stay in this Newport Beach gem. Our hosts were so welcoming. Drew saved us a parking spot and Holly came over for a visit and nice conversation. We felt so at home. Holly and my husband even tag-teamed to save an orphaned baby opossum on our last morning there. And Holly quickly answered a frantic call from me when I thought I’d left my wallet at the house & was at the airport, in line to check my bag. She stayed on the phone with me while she went to the house where she and the cleaners searched everywhere. My husband ultimately found it in the butt of some packed jeans, but Holly was so calming. I appreciated it so much! It was so sisterly! As for the house, it is in a great location and is walkable to so much! Great location! And clean, clean, clean.

Beautiful cottage on the canal in Newport Beach. The house is really lovely and well-decorated and stocked. Fantastic location near restaurants, shopping and the beach. Jan and Kurt were the nicest hosts - very accommodating and exceptionally communicative. We always had a prompt response from them when we had questions and when we asked about some adjustments to our travel plans on check out day. Would give it a 5 out of 5, highly recommend, and would love to come back and stay again! Perfect for two couples.

This house is beautiful and just steps to the beach. The house is completely updated and very clean! The cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. And the bed and pillows were so comfortable. We felt right at home from the minute we arrived. The location of this house is the best part. It is located steps from not just the beach, but from the grocery store, coffee shops, tons of restaurants and the best Newport has to offer. We hit up several of their recommendations and loved them all. Everything was so close that we didn’t use our car the entire week. Don’t hesitate to book this rental. We can’t wait to come back. Craig was friendly, helpful, responsive, and provided great local recommendations. The Airbnb was exactly what I needed for a solo trip, and the location was quiet despite being only a few blocks south of the busiest part of Hollywood. I highly recommend staying here.

Gregg's home is just a very short walk to the beach. Good location. The house was clean when we went in. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet. He had a lot of beach paraphernalias for us to enjoy. There were a lot of games for the kids (and adults) to play with. We also appreciate that Gregg did not require us to jump through hoops with cleaning the place when we leave unlike other air bnbs. We have always kept the air bnbs we stay at clean when we leave but other owners are just ridiculous with their cleaning rules. Gregg has been responsive and attends to concerns right away if there are any. All in all, it was a nice stay. Per my son's words right before we left, "I will miss this place." So yeah, this home is toddler, child and adult approved. Thank you, Gregg.

The place was great! Quiet, serene, and had everything that was needed. I’ll definitely be booking again in the future!
