This cozy guest cottage is located three blocks from downtown. Unit is detached from main house and accessed off the alley adjacent to garage. Cottage has separate parking and beautiful views. This approximately 140 square foot space includes a half bathroom (no shower/tub), microwave, fridge, hot water kettle, desk, and queen bed. Smart tv/wifi and bluetooth speaker. An affordable, comfortable option for solo travelers or couples who just need a good spot to crash. New window AC in 2025.

It is an easy drive to Philipsburg and Butte. This is also a great stopping point between Yellowstone National Park and Glacier National Park. Not to mention the numerous outdoor activities nearby. Cottonwood Creek runs next door and a park across the street with views of Pikes Peak West out the front door.

The Chalet is the perfect accommodation to enjoy everything the Philipsburg area has to offer! The house offers large windows in the main rooms of the home, allowing for ample light to enjoy the mountains. There are three bedrooms (one with a queen bed, one with a bunk bed that is a single over full, and a third with two single beds,) that provide privacy for a multiple family party. The house is a mere two minute walk down to the main street of Philipsburg.

A waterside mountain retreat, located on Georgetown Lake, minutes from Discovery Ski Basin, amazing groomed snowmobile trails, X country ski trails, snow showing, and ice fishing. This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath is a warm and comfortable space with breath taking views. A wood pellet stove keeps the chills away while you enjoy all this area has to offer. This is all in the midst of lots of wildlife and don't forget about the neighborhood moose.
