Nestled in Novato/away from the city lights, the stargazing on a clear night is spectacular. Make use of the kitchenette and full bath. You’ll wake to the sound of bird songs and wind bustling through the bamboo outside. Vineyard Villa Cottage

Vineyard Villa is a 2-bedroom, 1- bathroom cottage built in 1910. It is situated on a 2-acre property, and is separated from the main farmhouse by rows of grapevines. The cottage has recently undergone a complete renovation (including the addition of air conditioning) with attention paid to retaining some of the original charming features of the home. The backyard offers a patio with a propane barbeque, fire pit and seating. Our cottage is in close proximity to the many activities in Sonoma.

A freestanding cottage surrounded by farm animals. 3 excitable farm dogs, 3 goats, two pigs, a 100 pound tortoise, geese, ducks, chickens, roosters, rabbits , quails, parakeets, cats, you name it, it lives here... This is a stay to experience a taste of farm life. You will wake up early. Earplugs provided for city folks. No children under 12. @sonomachicks

Modern Family Farm

County of Sonoma Vacation Rental Permit number ZPE15-0201. Our place is centrally located to both the Napa and Sonoma valleys. We are walking distance to Endiku Winery, Ceja Winery, Homewood Winery, Lou's Lunchette, and Hanson's Vodka. We have a small organic farm off the beaten path. The unit is upstairs above the garage, and it is very private. We have some wonderful birdwatching opportunities. On our farm we see herons, egrets, quail, redtail hawks, owls, quail, and many small birds.

Modern and spacious with glass enclosed porch, high ceilings and lots of French doors, skylights and windows. Close to town in the very nicest area within a mile of downtown, walkable, or bikeable with my cruiser bikes. You’ll love the views, the location, the goats, quail running around and delicious cafe next door. We just lost our mini horse 7/27 :( we had 16 years, sorry if you had planned on meeting him, it was a sad loss for us.
