Apartment holiday rentals in Amsterdam Nieuw-West

The first thing I have to say is Sophie and Pieter are clearly lovely people. We were late because of traffic but Sophie waited for us and gave a warm and very helpful welcome. Secondly, the apartment is a real home from home. The kitchen has all the equipment you need if you want to dine at home. Throughout the apartment everything was clean and functional as well as being well designed and attractive. Thirdly, the location is excellent. The tram runs regularly on the Overtoom and gets you right into the centre in 20 easy minutes. On the other side is the Vondelpark, which is a slice of real Amsterdam that many people would miss, which is a shame as it’s fantastic. The bar run by the brewery was a real find for us. Around you are a number of excellent places to eat and drink on both sides of the park and into the centre. Finally I am going to return to Sophie and Pieter - honestly you could not get better hosts. Thank you very much - we intend to return.

Bedankt voor de heerlijke dagen in jullie huis! Het voelde gelijk als ‘thuis’! Naast de prachtige inrichting, is alles aanwezig en in perfecte staat! Super schoon en fijn contact met de host! En het dakterras is echt een fijne extra! (Hadden perfect weer). En alle winkels om de hoek. Kon niet beter! Kom graag nog eens terug.

Iris' apartment is well maintained. Furthermore, she communicates effectively and clearly the expectation of her guests. She was able to provide helpful recommendations to enable a comfortable stay. The apartment is quite comfortable and has all the amenities described. The location is also excellent, being easy to walk or bike over to Vondelpark and Rembrantpark.

Great house boat which was well equipped on the outskirts of the city centre with good transport links into the city, the Nova team were quick to respond to any questions/queries we had and would absolutely recommend to others. Thankyou Nova Team

My friend and I spent a few days in Amsterdam and we absolutely fell in love with the apartment and our wonderful host, Lidija. The apartment is not only truly beautiful but also perfectly central – everything was within easy reach. Lidija was incredibly kind and welcoming, offering us great recommendations that really enhanced our trip. We felt safe, comfortable, and completely at home. This place is an absolute gem, especially for women traveling together – we couldn’t recommend it more! 🤩

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Amsterdam und haben den Aufenthalt in Rutgers Wohnung sehr genossen. Der Blick auf den See ist traumhaft und auf dem Balkon hat man bis zum Sonnenuntergang Sonne. Die Wohnung ist klasse eingerichtet und alles sauber und gepflegt. Rutger hat uns persönlich begrüßt und alles erklärt. Es gab auch Stroopwafeln zur Begrüßung 😊 Wir konnten mit der Tram in 30min ins Zentrum von Amsterdam fahren. Vor dem Haus lag leider Müll, aber dafür kann Rutger nichts. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Rutger buchen.

Location can no be beat. Beautiful neighborhood. Canals and great restaurants all around. Nice little outdoor space too. Gerrit was extremely helpful with directions and alerting us of train strike. He was always very quick to respond to any questions. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location, close to central station, would definitely stay here again. Ron was very helpful with both check-in and check-out.

We’d 100% go back to that same Airbnb next time we go to Amsterdam. Walking distance from our fav soeciality coffee and brunch places, super cute street, easy access (Amsterdam usually has a lot of stairs and this felt like a massive suite that you directly walked into without any steps).

The apartment was absolutely wonderful and it felt really special to stay somewhere so beautiful. The view from the window, across the canal made it extra special. Lots to see and do within walking distance, with excellent places to eat or just stop off for coffee and a cake. Our host was really helpful and check in and check out was seamless. Would absolutely recommend.

A great place for a couple to stay in Amsterdam, great restaurants, lots of sights in walking distance and very close to the railway station. This made access from the airport on public transport very easy. The apartment is spacious, modern and very clean. The downstairs bedroom is very comfortable with an excellent en suite shower room and free from noise as it is below ground level. As advertised, it is accessed down a steep spiral staircase which was fine, but would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. The kitchen has a fridge, and an espresso coffee machine which allowed us to make a simple continental breakfast. There are no facilities to cook food, but there are many excellent restaurants within yards, of the front door so treat yourself!! For those who like a Dutch dining experience, we would recommend Van Speyk which is next door ( where we went twice). Food, service and ambiance excellent both times. My friend and I had a great stay at Piet’s place! The location was super close to a tram stop which made transportation very efficient. The Airbnb was spacious and clean. This was the perfect place to come home to after a long day of sightseeing in Amsterdam.

The location was great, walking distance to trains and trams to get to the heart of Amsterdam. Far enough away to be quiet for nights in. Nancy was very communicative even though she was on holiday. Easy parking if you drive in and plenty of space for 5, especially if someone doesn’t mind the couch. Would be great for 3 couples. Amazing showers 😁

Just amazed with the place. My wife always wanted to get back to the comfortable home early during our visit. The host gave a clear instruction, very quick response as well as very kind welcome treatment for our delayed honeymoon. We absolutely loved the fully equipped kitchen, jacuzzi bathtub and rooftop terrace where we had breakfast and dinner every night. 100% recommended.

We loved staying in this apartment. The area is a nice break away from the busier streets in the center of town yet we had so many options for food, drinks etc. really great coffee options all around the neighborhood. Loved to have the yard to hang out with our morning coffee. The market was really nice to explore. Would stay here again!

We stayed in Timo's apartment for a week. This week was one of the best for us, and the apartment only made it more beautiful. Incredibly spacious, clean, incredibly cozy apartment. So many beautiful elements of art throughout the apartment, selected with taste and love, without anything superfluous. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. We were happy to spend time in it. Sometimes we thought about why our city program was so dense and busy, because we really wanted to spend more time in a cozy home. Ideal objective value for money. Our communication with Timo was incredibly friendly, he is a very responsive, kind, attentive and caring host, it was a pleasure to communicate with him. All our issues were resolved as quickly, easily and with care as possible. Would we come back again? Of course. Thank you very much for everything🩷

Wir waren für ein Wochenende in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit den Fahrrädern konnte man die nahe gelegene Metrostation gut erreichen und wir haben eine gute Zeit in Amsterdam gehabt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Ich kann diese Unterkunft für Amsterdam Aufenthalte sehr empfehlen.

Das erste AirBnB, das sich für mich wie ein richtiges zuhause angefühlt hat. Es steckt sehr viel Liebe drin. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass man in einem Märchenhaus gewesen ist. Die Lage ist perfekt, um für ein Wochenende abzuschalten. 30 min mit dem Fahrrad nach Zandvoort und 5 min mit dem Fahrrad nach Harlem. Ich war von Harlem auch sehr überrascht, da es für mich wie eine bessere Version von Amsterdam angefühlt hat.

Stayed here for 3 days, and had the best time ever! A beautiful apartment which caters for everything you need. Sina is a great host who knows exactly what he's doing! The Shower, Jacuzzi and Sauna are amazing by the way!
