Had a pleasant stay here…was travelling solo with three dogs….and the host were very welcoming and accommodating…very well managed property…reasonably priced…home cook food was available, plenty of outdoor space for pets to relax and have a great time….weather around the area is pleasant with nice breeze in evening….lake front is just a 10 mins walk…highly recommend whether you are travelling with your pets or not…

it was a pleasure living at Bhuvi's pad. amazing person he isnalways available and approachable. he always helped for every and anything required. from arranging a cook as it was a long stay, to getting clothes ironed, to buy groceries. he is a gem of a person. when ever I will be in Chennai I will book this place only. Recommend this place to everyone who needs a ean hygenic place with all ammenities and an amazing Host.

I genuinely had a good stay at Mr Kumaran’s place. It was honestly a gem of a place with a nice view. The neighbourhood was peaceful & quiet and you’re still able to find some tea stalls and shops nearby too. This place is quite close to Anna Nagar as well, approximately 15 mins bike ride. The room is cute. They even had colourful lights installed inside. I sought a local experience of Chennai for my backpacking trip & this place checked all the boxes and my expectations too. As for the host, Mr Kumaran, he’s extremely responsive at all times. Check in & check out process was smooth too. Highly recommended for tourists who seek a local experience at a homely place.

Perfect for what we needed. Glad that Ramya was flexible with check-in and check-out times, her parents were soo sweet.. Just a heads up for anyone travelling with massive luggage, you'll have to lug it up 2 sets of stairs. Would visit again, probably the most convenient Airbnb in Avadi.

Had a very nice & comfortable stay. Had an event nearby. At first I was looking for a stay for much lesser price & far, but we all know how hot chennai can be. So thought I will book an air bnb nearby even if the price is bit expensive. Now I don't regret staying here. First of all, the location is very easy to find. Its almost in the main road itself. Check-in was pretty smooth. The room & bathroom is very clean. We do have a kitchen but did not use it since I did not require it. The amenities were - welcome snack, bathroom essentials, AC, Fan, TV etc. AC being the most important. It just worked perfect. The lighting is good. The host will not disturb you unnecessarily unless there is something important you need to be informed of. I highly recommend to go for this if you're purpose of visit includes a place nearby rather than spend time travelling.

The host was friendly and welcoming. I visited Chennai along with my parents for my mom’s eye surgery and booked Gowtham’s place for our stay. Gowtham and his family took care of almost everything that we needed. His father offered us coffee and even cooked rice for me and my parents, we were given insights about where to go, what to do, and everything in between. The experience was overall fantastic and I highly recommend this place.

I had an amazing stay. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed. The host was welcoming and helpful, and the location was perfect—quiet but close to everything. Highly recommend for a comfortable and memorable stay!
