The Obdach ski resort is about 20 minutes, the Klippitztörl ski resort is about 30 minutes and the Koralpe ski resort is about 45 minutes by car. A cozy vacation home a little off the beaten track of our farm invites you to linger and relax at over 1100 m above sea level. The house is situated in a sunny location, with views of the wonderful nature. It is located just 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in beautiful Western Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. Currently there are great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping is available in the village of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the village of Hirschegg.

An ideal starting point for hikes on the Zirbitzkogel or child-friendly hiking trails start right outside the door. No single location, but large garden with terrace, a nice sauna, solar shower outside and additional dining area in the garden by the fireplace. The cabin is strictly non-smoking and unfortunately animals are not allowed.

You will stay with us on the second floor of our house. You have the same entrance as us, but each apartment then has a lockable apartment door. The apartment (103 m²) is fully furnished and has a beautiful covered balcony. In the apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and toilet. There are also 2 to 3 parking spaces right next to the house.
