of the best places I've ever stayed at, great attention and excellent service sure the next time I visit we will return.

We had a wonderful week-long vacation in Seagrove/Seaside! The location was fantastic, with an easy 7-minute walk to Seaside square and the delightful Seagrove Market restaurant just around the corner. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. However, there were a few minor points to note for future guests: We found the initial supply of coffee filters and toilet paper to be quite limited for a group of six, requiring a trip to Publix on our second to last day. Additionally, while the decor created a homey atmosphere, some of the countertops had so many decorative items that you couldn’t use them at all. We also observed some mold on the ceiling in the master bathroom, which might benefit from attention. Finally, the smaller twin bedroom does not feel fully private, as to access the other bedroom and bathroom you have to go through it first. Unfortunately this made for some bad nights rest since people in my family go to sleep at different times and sometimes have to use the bathroom in the nig

Felipe was very helpful. I booked for accomodation by my wedding and was very accessible to my own requests for my arrangement :) very friendly all the staff. Forgot an item and we were able to get it back later!!!

Absolutely stunning experience staying in a minor snowstorm that gave way to the most jaw dropping views of park city. Getting in would’ve been hairy without a capable 4WD, but even at night in the snow we were able to find Marty’s towering home. Amenities were excellent and well stocked. Furniture was comfortable and plentiful. Zero complaints.

A great experience. Ulrike’s cottage was a perfect blend of character and charm: the beds were comfy, the view incredible (especially from the tower - what a great feature!) and everything was clean and well-considered. Even though our second day was cold and rainy, it was the perfect place to get cozy by a fire and unwind. A great stay and a great host - we hope to come back some day.

Honestly this stay was wonderful. A beautiful, well thought out space that comfortably fit 6 people especially while we waited out the rain. This stay is walking distance from Main Street of Helen (which my mother enjoyed) but private enough to enjoy the river, live music from the Hofbrahaus Resturant, and other sounds of nature (which my dad was looking for). The host was very responsive for all questions throughout our stay. The only feedback I have is about the lack of lights in the back porch near the grill & hot tub. I’m glad the hot tub itself gave off light but a couple of string lights would be great for the atmosphere. The host mentioned they planned to add more light next week so that’s about it! Thank you for creating such a wonderful space and the opportunity for my family in I to reconnect. We look forward to coming back again in the future!

Note: bathroom doesn’t have a door! Besides that, the place was lovely. Great escape from the world and a very neat experience. We highly enjoyed it and host was very communicative. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

Gorgeous area, lots of places to walk in the woods. The tower was amazing and had everything we needed. There were some people on the trout fishing trip with a guide at the waterfall when we walked down one of the times, just fyi, you may see other people. But the fishing appears to be very very good! Thank you for this amazong experience and we'll probably come back! super cool place!

I discovered a few treasures, guided by the whispers of some mirrors. The attention to detail is enchanting, crafted by fans who truly understand their hobbits, house-elves, and wizards. If you've ever imagined sipping butterbeer while seated in a cozy French Canopy Chair, brewing potions, or heading to second breakfast under the watchful gaze of the Sorting Hat, the kitchen is well-equipped for all of that. The beds are as cozy as those at Hogwarts, and the lush recliners in the movie theater room were equally inviting. This is by far one of the most unique Airbnb’s we stayed in. First of all, we were not too sure of how our stay would be because of the forecast of heavy rain in the area. Verizon worked well here and with that I was able to see the weather situation and when the best time of the day would be to be outside or inside. The hot tub was wonderful, but didn’t get a chance to have a campfire or use the telescope due to rain. The Blackstone grill worked well for breakfast and dinners. We enjoyed having the electric tea kettle to make tea and hot chocolate . The bed was very comfortable, & the nights peaceful. Saw many songbirds from the top walkway & we were visited by 3 turkeys. Be prepared as mentioned in the description that you will be climbing up and down many stairs, but that just burned off some of the calories from our meals. Luckily, for us, the bad storms stayed north & when we had questions & a hiccup the last morning, we had excellent communications with our hosts.

Such a beautiful stay!! The location was very private and quiet with incredible views of the bay. A short walk to the sea caves, and endless strolls along the water. The space was beyond cozy. Kitchen had everything you’d need. The rain didn’t stop us from exploring the outdoors and then relaxing the evening away. Becky was so lovely - quick to respond and super helpful with recommendations. I would recommend 100%

Jason was incredibly helpful from my first interaction with him. He responded in a timely manner and was always available when I reached out. The lighthouse is so unique and has provided some amazing memories for my family.
