Everything is of excellent quality: from the household utensils, the decor, the bedding, in short, everything! And without counting on the team, which is wonderful and very dedicated! Phyllis, & her daughter Jennifer, went above & beyond to make us, our 6yo & 12yo, and our crazy Bernedoodle feel very welcome. They seemed very happy to have us, and even offered us many of their personal things and private areas on their property to enjoy. Unique & beautiful surroundings that push you to relax, with a cozy/charming/glamping-style accommodation that makes you feel at home.

My husband, toddler, dog, and I loved our stay here. The sunsets here were so beautiful! The cottage felt like home & all the antique decor added so much charm. Check in was easy & Alexandra provided a lot of information on what to do in Door County.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Bungalow Under the Oaks. The space was clean and cozy, good for two people and a small dog. We enjoyed the fenced in yard and short drive to the beach and restaurants.

We spent 7 nights here in early June (rainy season). Overall, we had a really amazing experience and would come back! The house is beautiful - just like the photos. We were worried about mosquitos but they weren't a big deal - the beds all have nice mosquito nets. My main critique: the beach immediately in front of the house that you see in the photos doesn't match reality - which was a little disappointing. There's a sea wall between the house and water and the sand has all been washed away and has some trash there. Not as pristine as the photos. That said, just to the left of the house is a long, beautiful beach with almost no one around. What else: The nearby indigenous village - Salt creek - and locals we met were amazing. Probably the best part of the whole experience. The tours / boat rides were really fun, but are expensive - make sure you discuss prices before you go. The family that meets you is awesome and around all the time if you need anything. We really enjoyed it!

This was our family's second time staying here and we are already trying to plan our next time! Peaceful and beautiful way to be in nature with some comforts.

We had a great stay at the island. It was perfect for our family trip of 7 (3 generations) to gather. Fishing was great on the lake and at the island our 9 year old son could explore, catch bull frogs and dragonflies, fish and paddle board around the island. We even got to see a turtle lay her eggs behind the cabin one night! Thank you for a memorable trip!

Tee was an absolutely amazing host and very accommodating. She was responsive and flexible and shared some great local recommendations. Don't hesitate to stay at "my little hideaway", we loved our stay!!!

I absolutely loved my stay here! Tord & Sylvia were welcoming, communicative, and friendly. The place is stunning and peaceful. I love how you can enjoy the beach views from the porch, as well as take in the sunrise. From the pizza/BBQ area you can watch the sunset. I felt very safe here and was grateful for the organic veggies/fruit. Tord and Sylvia even gave me fresh fruits when they were ready, so nice! It was memorable and perfect; I cannot recommend Finca Valhall enough.

We loved th little getaway island. Definitely will be heading back sometime soon. the water was crystal clear and the space was cozy and comfortable. #1 place to stay or you want to unwind and disconnect with your loved one. :)

Absolutely beautiful property, views caught our attention every day we walked in, a vehicle is definitely needed since it is a good distance away from the main tourist attractions 15-25 minutes but it was nice and quiet and perfect for our honeymoon!! Shiri and Jonathan was great hosts and communicated effectively and efficiently.

This was a last minute Anniversary trip. The cottage, as I like to describe it was amazing. From the stunning sunrises as you are waking to the sounds of the waves in the evenings. Noreen has thought of everything. The amenities are boundless. Anything you need is right there from glass and dinnerware, to snorkel gear, beach chairs, towels, etc. The location is remote, but you are just down the road from French Leave Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The bedding was by far the most comforatable we have experienced. This is the most romantic spot!!

We're reluctant to post about how good this property is, we'd selfishly like to keep it a secret. The property is just beautiful, with everything you could ever need, and Graham was a fantastic host. The area is just breathtaking. We are avid boaters and had an amazing time exploring the 30,000 islands and all the beautiful beaches, hiking, fishing, and sightseeing they have to offer. If you aren't into boating, there are water taxis and plenty to do on the island, fire pits, games, a beautiful sun deck, relaxing hammocks, the list goes on. We would recommend this 100%, and we felt very lucky that Graham and his family shared it with us. We hope to return at least once next summer. Thank you to Graham, Tennille and Jane for a wonderful getaway.

Great host, communication and directions clear and easy to Follow. Beautiful home with everything you need. We were paid a visit by the local moose too! Would highly recommend and will stay here again!

Amazing and unique stay, amazing place to unwind and relax. Anne Marie was super responsive and made planning very easy.

Spacious, bright villa with great views. The location is quiet and private. The gated community is safe. Communication and service were excellent, it’s like having full concierge around the clock. Everything you want or need you can get help with. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed excellent cappuccinos in the mornings. It’s a bit of a drive to West Bay but when you come home it’s so peaceful and relaxing that it is worth it. Our original Airbnb got canceled the day before our arrival and we were incredibly grateful that we found this gorgeous place and that they accommodated us so quickly and flawless.

Ross and Hannah’s place was great for our family if 5! The pool with tv set up was amazing for our kiddos many movies in the pool during the week made it so much fun! We also loved the convenience of using the golf cart, was so close to shops and restaurants (we only used our rental car once to go to Cortez)! Hannah was also very quick to respond and s gracious host. We would recommend to families coming to ami- a good value!!

We stayed 6/8 - 6/12 with our adult children and grandkids, 15 of us in all! 69-5 yrs old , We All had a absolute blast from the oldest to the youngest , we love this place, nobody wanted to go home . Much needed family time and the PERFECT place to spend it, the kids built forts in the woods, pontoon rides, fishing and roasting marshmallows nightly by the fire. Had a couple rainy days off n on , but it didn’t stop us . Would love to return sometime, only complaint was, with a cleaning fee, we expected the grill to be clean and previous wrappers picked up in The yard, the French doors didn’t open, as they were waiting on a part , but even that didn’t knock the experience down from a 10/10. This was hands down the best family vacation we’ve had , with memories for both us and the kids to have for a lifetime .

If you’re looking for a place to literally get away from everyone else, then look no further! Location and cabin were remote, beautiful, and exactly as described. Take lanterns and your own rechargeable packs for any electronics. Bring plenty of drinking water! Little cacti on the island can be a pain for 4 legged friends, so bring them shoes if they can tolerate them. The beach has no natural shade so bring some of your own. Im not sure there is enough space/wind for one of the wind shade canopy things so an umbrella might be a better option.

We had a wonderful stay. It seemed to end too quickly. Both Tom and Carol were great to interact with. They treated us like old friends. We spent a lot of time by the pool. The beautiful views are stunning. It was fun to just stand at the edge of the pool and stare out into that incredible blue Ocean. We were there when the moon was full and it was a real treat to lie in bed and have the sun rising and the moon still in full glow. We wanted to have a chef prepare a meal on our balcony and Carol gave us a recommendation that met our expectations. Great restaurants 10 minutes away by car. The Belongers were all very friendly and helpful. We are planning to go back again.

Katty was a wonderful host! The area was exactly as pictured and described, we had everything one would need. I loved the outside shower! It had a wonderful tropical feel and not worried what so ever about privacy, you were totally alone. We spent evening in the quiet enjoying the peaceful surroundings! Many beaches, activities and excellent restaurants for foodies like me, all within a short drive or walking distance! Cannot wait to visit this Venice Tropical Oasis again!
