Condo holiday rentals in Amelia Island

Absolutely beautiful apartment for a weeks staycation. The apartment was exactly as listed, pristine and homely. Perfect place and location for my family with two kids (11 and 8). The beach was delightful and the town quaint and relaxing to walk around with great restaurants, coffee shops and small independent vendors. Our property manager Ashley was phenomenal, super responsive and helpful. We’ll def be back!

Our stay at this beachfront condo was nothing short of perfect! The ocean views are stunning, and the location next to the Ritz-Carlton is unbeatable. The condo is beautifully decorated, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying our mornings on the balcony. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful, providing everything from beach gear to local tips. We can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise!

We loved our stay at this condo, the photos do it no justice. It's super spacious, thoughtfully equipped and the views are unmatched. We enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning from either the bed or the balcony, and the overall tranquility of our stay was a much needed retreat. We highly recommend checking out Falcon's Nest in the community for a late-night snack or delicious drinks! This was our first visit to Amelia Island, and it certainly won’t be our last!

Vitamin Sea is the perfect getaway. The condo is in a great location and is exactly as described. It is spotlessly clean and the view is amazing. Sitting in the recliners on the balcony in the early evening with the sound of the ocean is a highlight at the end of each day. Marissa is a very attentive host and very easy to communicate with. The condo has everything you would ever need. I would highly recommend this spot. We would definitely come back!

A perfect getaway! The condo was well furnished and in a perfect location. The area was quiet, beach access easy and the beach was not crowded. Larry was very responsive to questions and quick to resolve one small issue that arose during our visit. The condo matched the pictures perfectly. We would stay again without any hesitation. It was, quite simply, a lovely stay.

We had a great time. Loved being close to the beach. Much better than our last trip a year ago at a different host’s condo where we were locked out of our room for hours trying to get help to get back in. I swore that I’d never do that again. However the game changer was that Staley is local and gave me her contact number in case I needed anything. That’s why I gave it another chance. I’m very glad that I did. I didn’t need anything, but knew I could contact Staley if I did. We did communicate while I was there, but no emergencies happened. I plan on returning in the future. Thanks for a great stay Staley.

We had the absolute best time at Jeff’s condo!! It was very clean, well stocked, walkable to the beach and restaurants, and the pool was great! The garage with beach necessities was a huge plus as well. The space was perfect for our family of 5! Definitely plan to stay again!

Once again, this little place exceeds expectations. Comfortable, with a location that can’t be beat, this is my go-to place when I visit PVB. I’ll be back again soon.

What an amazing location and condo….even better than the photos! So clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were soft. We slept so well! Our entire week was perfect! Shastri was kind to us as our schedule changed and I had to move my date staying at his place. The instructions that were sent are clear and they give you everything that you need to know! The view from his place was amazing! Needed a peaceful getaway with family and this was the right spot! I would not hesitate going back again. Great host, great spot and beautiful location!

Scott’s place was very clean and homey like also for older folks like my husband and I there is a elevator which made it very convenient . Scott was very friendly and communicated with us right away the view was gorgeous and well worth the price we paid which by the way was the most reasonable in the area especially for beachfront hotels and accommodation for 6 people . My daughter and her family stayed with us and was very impressed with the hotels cleanliness location and essentials that Scott provided. thank you very much ! we hope to stay there again soon we all enjoyed our stay 😃

We had a wonderful stay! This was actually our second time visiting this rental because we loved it so much the first time. Beautiful views, wonderful location, and the hosts are great communicators. The only recommendation I had was to get a new grill because the one there is very weathered and we could hardly cook our food on it because most of the burners weren’t working. This can happen to anything outside in the elements by the ocean though, so I would absolutely return again. Highly recommend this spot!

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again

We stay a week at this darling condo and highly recommend it! We had an instant feeling of home the moment we walked inside. And the best part - just step outside the back door and you’re on the beach! Clean, comfortable and we loved the location. Easy access to downtown and restaurants. Comfy couch for relaxing, well stocked kitchen for cooking breakfast and the king bed was a dream! Ashley was responsive and helpful. The location can’t be beat and we’ll stay again! Thank you!

We frequent Amelia Island often and have stayed in this building before. The views are stunning and the condo is perfect. Having the actual keys and gate remote was a huge plus. If I had to critique anything, I would say the hot water in the shower and shower pressure could have been better. Other than that we were very pleased and would definitely stay here again.

This is a really wonderful AirBNB. The beach views are just spectacular. It was neat and comfortable and easy to get to shops, restaurants etc. We had a wonderful time and can't recommend this highly enough.

Beautiful Place with a stunning view! Perfect for our family spring break vacation. I was amazed at how uncrowded the area was during spring break. A quiet getaway! The management company was very responsive to any issues. Loved our week at Shipwatch!

We enjoyed our stay. Easy access to the beach and other attractions. There were tennis rackets and balls which my family used nearly every day! Very comfortable- everything we needed. Thank you!

Cutie little condo for our girls trip! All the comforts of home & very peaceful surroundings. Very clean- beds & pillows were comfy., kitchen well stocked, lovely little screened in porch to enjoy in the morning. We didn’t walk the neighborhood as the weather was rainy off & on, but everything was an easy 3-10 minute drive away. We really enjoyed our stay here & would love to visit again.

We traveled with our 3 year old and had a wonderful stay. We did not have great weather so we did not get to enjoy the pool (I am not sure if it’s heated), but the walk across to the beach was easy and we went often. The views were also great. The beach was very quiet which we loved. We were wanting a more family friendly beach that wasn’t crowded. It is about 15 minute drive to the downtown area which we went each night, but for the more quiet beach area, we were okay with that.

If you will be traveling to Ponte Vedra area for any reason at all-you have to stay at Vanessa’s condo!! Perfect for 2-everything was amazing! Proximity to beach and restaurants were a definite plus.! Early morning walks on the beach -steps away combined with coffee/cocktails on balcony were so peaceful & relaxing! The condo itself was an adorable,pristine studio with a kitchen with so many nice “extras” that made our stay so welcoming. Can’t say enough about Vanessa - she went above and beyond in her communication before our visit and that continued during our stay! She even contacted us about an upcoming storm that could delay our arrival to an event we were attending! Will definitely be our go-to when we are traveling in the area!
