Our guests have access to a large, shared 32m² swimming pool, with plenty of deck chairs around it to lounge in the sun. You’ll find a peaceful outdoor area to relax and enjoy after a day by the sea. The best part of our villa? It’s all within walking distance. You’ll find Supermarket Grga just 50 meters away for all your grocery needs. The nearest beach is only 450 meters from the villa, and if you want to explore Pula, the tourist office is just 150 meters away. The bus stop to take you into the heart of the city is right around the corner - 200 meters away, just a one-minute walk. Our villa is designed to make you feel at home. The apartment is modern, fresh, and fully air-conditioned for your comfort. The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

PULA- House with Garden,near Roman Arena

Our holiday home is a unique place right next to the Amphitheater Arena. Located in a quiet side street with a green private oasis full of native plants. Until last season, we rented out a smaller part of the house, while since this season in 2024, our accommodation has been renovated and expanded to be larger and more comfortable. Free WiFi
