In a magical place in the green heart of France, this architecturally built villa is located in a picturesque valley on the edge of the river with plenty of privacy. The house is suitable for 6 people. 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is a "bedstee" with each having its own bathroom. A lovely sitting area with wood-burning stove and a modern equipped kitchen. In an old renovated barn you will have two bedrooms (including an attic with a children's cabin), a large living room with equipped kitchen and wood-burning stove for a cozy atmosphere that will be lit when you arrive. The beds will be ready as well.

You will discover a wild setting crossed by its rivers (stream and mill race), permaculture garden, orchard, chicken coop, large meadows where we have sheep, forest area... From this site, small or large walks will take you to the heart of the Monts d'Ambazac and its highest point, the Puy de Sauvagnac at 702 meters above sea level.
