Tropea è la perla della Calabria. Un posto di mare bellissimo dalle acque cristalline. L'appartamento è sopra la più bella spiaggia di Tropea con splendida vista sul mare azzurro, a 10 minuti da Capo Vaticano e vista sulle Eolie al tramonto. E' in pieno Centro Storico, vicino a ristoranti, spiagge, vita notturna e trasporto pubblico. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: atmosfera, gente, quartiere, spazi esterni e luce. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e gruppi.

Appartamento in via Pietro Buffone n 54 a pochi minuti dal centro, ampio balcone ideale per colazioni o momenti di relax. A 5 minuti dal Comune di Cosenza e a 300 m da Corso Mazzini, corso principale della città. Vista ponte di Calatrava Dispone di parcheggio privato e gratuito in struttura ( parcheggio con sbarra e telecamere) e di tutti i comfort: Wi-Fi veloce, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, cucina attrezzata e aria condizionata. Perfetto per chi cerca praticità, comfort e posizione strategica.

Superb location in the charming “centro storico”of Tropea on top of the cliff overlooking breathtaking views of the Tyrrhenian sea and the iconic church of Santa Maria del isola and Tropea beaches as well as the Aeolian islands. The apartment was recently renovated and takes place in a 16th century ex-monastery. It has 3 terraces, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining space area. Roof top terrace features outdoor shower with beautiful tiles, bbq and lounge area.

Un luogo più caratteristico, ricco di personalità, diverso dalle moderne abitazioni. La struttura, dotata di parcheggio privato, giardino con terrazzo attrezzato di lettini prendi sole, ombrelloni, sdraio, barbecue, WIFI, punto lavanderia, è vicino spiaggia e attrazioni.

Appartamento interamente ristrutturato e dotato di tutti i confort: bagno in camera, climatizzatori caldo/freddo, macchina del caffè, frigobar, bollitore, TV, internet. Sito al centro di Cosenza, a pochi metri da Corso Mazzini, dove si trovano i negozi principali della zona, ma anche molti bar, ristoranti, pizzerie e pub. Luogo ben collegato alla zona circostante per la presenza di mezzi pubblici. Il parcheggio sotterraneo si trova a 250m. Molto vicino anche l'Ospedale Annunziata (700 m).

Sit on our balcony and enjoy the sunset over the sea, then walk to the historical centre in 2 minutes for shops, restaurants and bars. No car necessary! The town's best pasticceria, Peccati di Gola, is on our ground floor. Tropea has some of the best beaches and lidos in Europe, great festivals, and a great farmer's market every Saturday.

Il Il monolocale è ubicato al piano terra di un antico casale ristrutturato. Dotato di veranda esterna completa di ombrellone, tavolo, sedie e sdraio, di fronte all'alloggio è presente un'area in comune di giardino ben curato con angolo lettura e sdraio, e angolo barbecue, all'interno della struttura si trova anche il posto auto. L'appartamento di 20 mq è composto da camera matrimoniale e angolo cottura unico ambiente e bagno indipendente con box doccia.
