Our stay was excellent! The place was as described: clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The location was ideal, a very quiet environment. Victorino was very attentive and responded quickly to all our questions. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. We'd love to come back!

Great place, the arrival is complicated since the maps send you on wrong and dangerous routes, but once you manage to get there and you find your way, everything is easier. The house is spectacular, it's worth it.

The stay was too pleasant, Beto is the person who is there and always had an impeccable availability. He answered us super fast for any situation...I went for an event and returned at 4am and he was always very kind to open and take care of us, everything was fine only as observation the light of the place is too dim, they should put more lamps or a little stronger light (even in the kitchen area) since it was difficult for us to cook at night due to the lack of light.

Excellent loft, lovely and central view. Everything is at hand. We all had fun, even our little dog.

Excellent stay!!! I went to celebrate my birthday in Valle de Bravo with friends, Roberto and his family welcomed us, who in my opinion are very nice people who make you feel at home. They also gave us the best attention, they gave me a small gift for my birthday. As for the house, it's very clean and the truth is that the house is a little more spacious than it looks in the photos. As for music, they let us have it without a theme but at a moderate level. The house is very central as it is close to several restaurants, bars and the lake (we did not have to use a car). The rooms are very nice and give an excellent homey feel to the mini cabin style. Roberto was always on the lookout for our arrival and on the lookout if we needed anything. My friends and I had a great time at the house. I recommend it 100%, you won't regret it!!!

The location is 5 stars, beautiful surroundings by nature and a waterfall/river with a view on the lake. The room was spacious, clean, with windows that open all the way, creating an open space to enjoy the view fully. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They recommended us where to eat and shop. 100% recommend staying here. We hope to come back again.

Very good location, and with parking so you don't have to struggle (especially if you bring dogs). Miguel and Javier are very kind and have good recommendations for activities and restaurants.

2-story loft with an incredible view of Valle Lake, the balcony literally overlooked the water. Minimalist, comfortable, practical and functional decor. Very safe parking within the property. Half an hour from the centre of Valle. Wi-Fi, TV, Alexa, everything to keep you connected. Jacuzzi pool with lake view and barbecue, 100% recommended!

The place is very cozy and more beautiful than what you see in the photos. At least during our stay, we had a lot of privacy and no one bothered us at all. The place has books, a TV with streaming and some board games if you prefer to spend some time inside. The garden is small but very nice. Sergio, the co-host, was very quick to answer and resolved everything for us as soon as possible. We had a great time the weekend we were there and would definitely consider it again in the future.

Marcelino Roberto and Doña Martha were excellent hosts, always pending with total availability to any need, the spectacular cabin. A perfect place to relax. We will be back soon. It was a very good choice as we went for mountain biking and there are some spectacular routes.

I liked Cristina's attention, she was attentive to our arrival. I recommend the place for young people or adults. For older people, no. The garden is beautiful.
