The building is typically very quiet, making it great for families or travelers seeking a peaceful reprieve in the great little town of Girdwood. NO SMOKING-NO PETS. The complex also offers in a common area bath and shower, Sauna, Pool table, W/D ($2 per load).

Easy access to hiking trails, the ski resort, many nearby restaurants, and the Girdwood Brewing Company. Pets allowed on approval. There is no Wi-Fi on the property, but there is cell coverage.
