I'm Andres, an Airbnb host for 2 years. I have 2 apartments in the app (the 1st already has more than 90 positive ratings). We recently added this new recycled apartment to enjoy a stylish experience in a central area, a few meters from beautiful tourist spots in Rosario such as the waterfront on the Parana River, the monument to the flag, the pedestrian commercial or bar/restaurant area. Excellent brand new studio. Very bright and fully equipped with everything brand new. Privileged location 2 blocks from the city's main avenues (Oroño and Pellegrini). Meters from Independencia Park, the main green lung. 10 blocks from Pichincha, a bar and brewery area. Very close to the women's health center and the best clinics and diagnostic centers. Really close to everything!

Travel with a group of teenagers, the house was perfectly suited to our needs. It has practically everything you need. I would improve the utensils theme of the grill a little but nothing to worry about. An excellent purple for a great stay. We will definitely be back

We stayed in this apartment and the experience was excellent. The location is very good, in a very quiet area and with easy access to everything. The apartment is perfect for two people, it is impeccable, tidy and very functional. The view from the balcony is simply spectacular, with an incredible panoramic view of the city and the river. In addition, I want to highlight Esteban's kindness, who was super attentive and was always in contact with us, making sure that our stay was perfect. I'm sure we'll be back soon.
