Rånäs School

Stay in the old teacher's residence in Rånäs School. There is plenty of room for outdoor activities. With only 30 meters to the lake and access to your own jetty and boat, it is easy to enjoy fishing or swimming. Tiled stove and wood stove are available. Some firewood is included, more can be purchased. The guest cleans, cleaning is not available for purchase. Bed linens are not included! Access to a boat (Eka) and canoe is included in the price. More information and instructions are located in the house. about 45 minutes by car to Idre and about 20 minutes to Särna.

We rent out our simple, well-equipped guest house located just above the village of Mörkret, about 5 minutes by car before the main entrance to Fulufjället. The cabin is winterized and has electricity, hot and cold water and a wood-burning stove. The cottage has a kitchen, living room with dining area, sofa and TV, toilet with shower, two bedrooms (a total of 6 beds) and a hall. There is broadband as well as Google TV and Xbox. There are also cross-country skiing in the same area as the house and also trails for snowmobile. On the summer you have hiking trails or mayby you want to fish. There is a lot of different lakes and rivers for fishing. We are providing wood for the stove. A grillhouse is situated in the village area.

Here you live close to nature with access to a wide range of outdoor activities all year round.
