Family-friendly holiday rentals in Alvaiázere

The hosts were very nice and always responsive. The apartment and pool area were as shown in the pictures. Unfortunately, there were many flies in the area in July, and an insect repellent spray is helpful. Nevertheless, our stay was very nice and recommended the Airbnb.

It deserves 6 stars! Paulo and Susana are great hosts, very kind and caring, they are always available to help and guide you through the beautiful area. The house is great, the garden and pool are exceptional, the view is amazing. You are quiet and in a splendid natural setting to have a relaxing holiday and recharge your batteries. Obrigado Paulo and Susana for everything! We'll be happy to go back.

This apartment was a great choice to spend some days in Figueira de Foz. It was spacious (even more than what it look in the pictures) and clean. It was close to beach promenade, supermarkets and restaurants, specially a very good "pastelaria", which is a must in Portugal. Andrea was very nice and prompt in providing help and I can only recommend her as a host.

we had a great time at Vitor's! Vitor and his wife are very welcoming and available. The house is ideal: well located if you want to visit the country, quiet in the countryside, very clean and very functional. In short, an ideal place and excellent owners!

Beautiful large gardens, huge house ideal for large groups. Lovely kitchen and dining areas. Rooms are large and comfortable. The location is ideal for exploring the main Fig area. Unfortunately there were 2 things not disclosed in the listing: Host lives on the property with his family and dog. Although they were on one side of the house, it was unexpected.

Domingo and his wife Olinda are absolutely gems that I will always treasure in my Heart! I had a lot of questions initially before booking and they were kind to answer everything I needed to know! My stay was super peaceful, the little house was cool on a warm summers day and I slept very good in the bed! It was a blessing to receive home grown yummies from the farm (Potatoes, tomato, apples, grapes, herbs...) and I took some walks into the stunning nature behind the house. I would return there in a heartbeat. The only thing I did not check before booking (which turned out to be a good thing) was that theres NO WIFI - this would't bee something for working travelers that rely on good internet. Also I'd only book in the summer as theres only one coal oven in the kitchen but no other heating in bedroom. This stay is ideal with car. I stayed 5 days without car and I was so grateful that Olinda took me with her to farmers market and supermarket so I had enough food for my stay :) Loved it

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house in Ourem! Very clean and spacious for our family of six. The photos are very accurate and the location is a short walk into town. We enjoyed visiting Fatima and the local area, we also really appreciated João's recommendations, particularly the best beach to go to with children. During our stay in Ourem, João responded very quickly to our queries and we felt truly welcomed by our host. We also appreciated Pedro's kindness in adjusting the dates in advance of our trip. We would love to come back and visit again one day! Thank you for such a lovely stay!

A lovely quiet house in the countryside. It had the feel of a family home. Maria was very responsive and helpful.

We had an excellent 4-day stay at the house. The place is very beautiful and the house is in a very pleasant space, full of very well-kept vegetation and a rare tranquility. The pool is great and is large enough for a couple. We were greeted by Eurico's father, who was very friendly and made us feel at ease. Eurico was always communicative and available for whatever was needed.

The house and property were absolutely perfect! Even more beautiful than the pictures, the home is nestled in nature, offering both comfort and serenity. We had a great time at Victoria's place. the views are beatiful, the house is very spacious for a big family/group and was very clean. the pool area is also very nice as well as the cinema area. is very well equiped -kitchen utensiles, bbq, linen, etc. the only improvement point, in our opinion, are the size of the double beds, which are a bit small for a couple :) thank you for the good time!

I have only superlatives to share. Superior concept and genius loci, high standards of equipment. We appreciated full darkness during night and quietnes. it felt great for relax, I'd recommend to anyone.

Dave and Wendy were great hosts! Always attentive to our needs and those of children. They gave information on everything that was needed for our fantastic stay. They greeted us with a treat for the snack plus seasonal fruits and vegetables grown on their property. They left us completely at ease, both inside and outside, we felt at home! The dimensions of the accommodation are better than the photos on the site reveal to us. Everything being great, it's impossible to characterize the friendliness and humanism of the couple Wendy and Dave. In contact with local people we understand how this couple of citizens is cherished and respected! Finally, even your Belgian shepherd dog is impressive with affection, always gentle and well laid out, as well as your black cat, full of character, who only asks for a few bites by placing himself on his belly! Based on respect and welcome, I could almost say we were friends. We will be back for sure!!

Our stay at Quinta do Tojal was simply amazing! The farm is super spacious, very well cared for, beautiful and impeccably clean. Ideal for large groups – there were 10 of us and everyone loved it. Luísa was an exceptional host: always friendly, available and helpful from the first contact. I highly recommend and we will definitely return!

Dream days... we couldn't better define the stay we had in this house. The house is spacious, well equipped and calm. We felt embraced by nature, with visits from various animals and the creek that passes on the property. Despite giving the illusion of being in the middle of the countryside, in 5 minutes there is a supermarket and civilization. The host, Anthony, was always available for any problems or questions that might come up! A place we wouldn't mind coming back to!

Beautiful scenery. Perfect for a mini-vacation with all the conditions and tranquility. We took our dog who loved all the space so he could run and play.
