Small Garden house in pleasant surroundings

Small and compact with modest comfort and tiny house character. Woodfire heating. The ground floor has a small kitchen,a wood stove and a table for eating. Toilet and washbasin are separate.. Roofed terrace with a lovely garden. A sliding ladder for access to the bedroom upstairs. Double queen bed . Guest shower in the main house a short distance to walk. Summertime , a solar shower and small plunge pool with natural spring water. Not suitable for small children or aged people.

Allgäuliebe Waltenhofen

From this accommodation you can reach all the important places in no time. Within 3 minutes' walk you can reach the supermarket, the bakery, the butcher, the pharmacy and a restaurant with a beer garden. In the city of Kempten you can reach it by car in 5 minutes, a bus stop is within sight. The apartment (90 m²) is on the 1st floor, is very bright and spacious. From the terrace you can see a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometres you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

Chalet 150 sqm

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Small, fine apartment

The apartment is in a quiet location, has its own entrance and is approximately 70 m² in size. It is suitable for up to 4 people, possibly with a child. The price is for 2 people. Each additional person costs an extra 15 euros. There is a large bedroom with a 140x200 + 90x200 bed. There is also a fold-out 180x200 cm sofa bed in the living room. The living room has a well-equipped kitchen and is furnished with a TV, stereo system, wood-burning stove and dining table.

Romantic hunting lodge / forest cabin, max. 17 people

We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

Family suite with sauna area (XXL family bed)

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

Home sweet home in Dietmannsried

Home sweet home is our motto! Spend your vacation days in our vacation home, which is located in an idyllic area in the middle of the village of Schrattenbach. Due to the separate bedrooms and bathrooms, the house is also ideally suited for professional stays. It has a separate entrance and parking space, so no direct contact is necessary. The house was renovated in 2020 with a lot of love for detail and is within walking distance of a bakery and a restaurant.

Welcome to our lovingly converted barn loft – a special place for community and relaxation, whether for family reunions or a weekend with friends The bright, open hall offers a unique atmosphere: rustic, modern and cosy at the same time. The fully equipped kitchenette with stove, oven and large refrigerator invites you to cook together. Outside, a large terrace awaits you in the midst of nature. There you can sit by the fire and also use the barbecue.

Trampoline and swing for shared use. Former farmhouse with two cats and a dog. We no longer have any livestock. The apartment is fully equipped with dishes, towels and bed linen for 4 people.
