I stay in a lot of airbnbs every year and I’d have to rank this as one of the best. Everything is clean, modern, and updated. Furniture is high quality. The beds are amazing. The neighborhood is also quiet and peaceful. I wish I lived at this Airbnb, my entire crew and myself loved it.

The perfect space for our family gathering. The downstairs entertainment kept everyone busy for hours. Very spacious and plenty of bedrooms and beds for everyone. Will most definitely stay again.

Great place to stay . Very roomy lots of couches outside space was great. Comfortable beds the kitchen was great. They had everything you’d need. Totally recommend this place.

Thank you for the great set up in your home for a fun filled family long weekend while we celebrated our son’s graduation. The home had a very large open floor plan which made for a great set up for our large family. They loved the huge sun porch with table and chairs, large backyard, hot tub, pool and we had a fire every night at the fire pit with s’mores. The home is clean and maintained well and it was easy to communicate with Hannah. Thanks so much for the great Airbnb!

Beautiful and comfortable home! This house is a delight with lots of charming details and amenities. The house offers plenty of square footage with multi-use rooms and spaces throughout. The pool was beautiful, clean, and so much fun. We were in town to visit our son for his college graduation from Drake University. This home made the weekend even better for our family to celebrate the occasion. The location is close to everything and the neighborhood is historic and beautiful. We would highly recommend this home to anyone staying in the Des Moines area.

Beautiful home with a lot of special touches like snacks, full size shampoo, conditioner & body soap. Extra blankets, fully stocked kitchen with spices.

This little home was so perfect in every way. They had fun activities like board games and toys for kids. The kitchen was wonderful and had a few snacks in place, which was extremely thoughtful. We enjoyed the train going by (it wasn't very loud and passed by relatively quick). The bed was so comfy after a day of exploring Iowa! Overall, I really enjoyed our stay in Iowa. It felt like a like a perfect little home away from home. Now, I can't wait for us to come back to visit again!

The house was all we wanted and more! The view of the golf course over the fire pit in the evening was awesome! We played catch in the yard and used the hot tub in the evenings. The mini golf course next door was a huge hit with my boys. All in all, a great place to stay, everything we needed/wanted, definitely recommend and we will be coming back to play some golf next time!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jane's property. It is located in a quiet suburban area, only a few minutes from downtown De Moines, with a modest small town residential feel. The home is excellently maintained. Jane definitely a "super host" ... friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. Her property demonstrates her pride in ownership and attention to details, for example clear labeling of the kichen equipment and other items for guest use. We would recommend that you consider staying in this property if you have occasion to be in the Des Moines metro area.

Lovely and unique home with lots of space and floor to ceiling windows. Good outdoor space too. Very convenient to the airport and downtown Des Moines.

We loved staying in this lovely home! We had fun playing pool and ping-pong together as a family! It’s not far from a Costco where we stocked up on food for the stay! The beds were super comfortable, too! We’ll definitely be back! ❤️

We had a great stay at The Hay Loft! There was plenty of room for our large group (3 adults, 9 kids) and lots of things for us to do if we chose to stay in (lots of board games, video games, hottub, carpet ball, etc). The house was very clean and comfortable. It was in a quiet neighborhood. Our host was very responsive and even offered early check in. I would definitely recommend the property and would stay there again!

Garrett and Tiffani made their place feel like home. Perfect layout for our large family. Lots of fun things for our kids of every age to do. Plenty of space as well. The location was perfect. Quiet neighborhood but walking distance to parks and food. The hosts quickly responded to any inquiries and were great at overall information regarding the rental. We would definitely stay here again. My littles loved the red house. 100% recommend the house and hosts.

I had a wonderful stay. The house is so charming and beautifully decorated. The beds are very comfortable. While the house is small, it doesn’t feel cramped in the least. You have everything you need in a very workable space. If I need a place in DM again, this will be my first choice.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Communication before our arrival was excellent, and the check-in instructions were super clear and easy to follow. The home itself was absolutely gorgeous—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. One of our favorite features was that each bedroom had its own private bathroom, which made getting ready a breeze and gave everyone plenty of privacy. The layout was perfect for our group of six, and we especially enjoyed gathering around the large dining room table for board games. The game room downstairs was a big hit too, with a pool table and classic arcade games! The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and peaceful—ideal for a relaxing getaway. Small touches like the round ball ice cubes for our cocktails really stood out and were a fun favorite among our group. Having three TVs with streaming services was also a great bonus! We were beyond happy with our stay & would love to come back! Wish our weekend could have lasted at least a few more days!

We had a wonderful stay at Russell’s place in Des Moines for the Half Ironman! The house was spacious, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. It was also super close to the race, which made everything so convenient. Russell was great with communication and very flexible—we really appreciated that. Highly recommend staying here!

The house was beautiful… probably one of the best and nicest Air bnb’s we have ever stayed in! The house fit our group perfectly and it was so clean and organized and it was very convenient to stores! The beds were super comfy! It was so close to our family that lives there so it made it a beeeze to go back and forth from their house! They had an awesome outside area where we actually hung out and played some family games at night under the lights! And we took advantage of the very nice hot tub on the last night! I highly recommend this place!

My lady friends and I loved staying at this duplex.....2 bedrooms with 2 baths and a kitchen fully stocked. We enjoyed visiting in the living room and had a great place to park our car. Thank you for responding so quickly so we could arrive and get right in the home.

Overall, this was a great place and Seth was responsive when we had a minor issue (fire alarm needed a battery change). I gave the neighborhood a four because there is train noise and occasional smells from neighboring factories. Neither of these mared our experience. The backyard is wonderful and we loved watching the fireflies.
