The apartment is located in St.Georg, close to Central Station. The Steindamm offers lots of shopping, Lidl, Budni, and many good and cheap greengrocers. The Lange Reihe with its beautiful restaurants and bars is 250m away. It is 10 minutes walk to the Alster. From here you can explore Hamburg on foot, the public transport is also all directly accessible. Large couch, cozy bed, 48"inch TV, great kitchen, it's all there for you. Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

Mitten in der Stadt im begehrten Szeneviertel Sternschanze - St. Pauli und doch sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstrasse, mit eigenem Garten lässt es sich bei mir so richtig schön entspannen :) Fussläufig zur Messe und zum Partyviertel, zu vielen leckeren Restaurants und guten Bar's, diversen Theatern und Musical's bis hin zu schönen Parks die zu einem Spaziergang einladen, hat man alles vor der Haustür was das Herz begehrt.

On the upper floor (space-saving stairs, see photos) box spring bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), satellite TV, large desk with view. In front of the cottage is a pretty little garden seating area with private dike access. We look forward to seeing you!
