Excellent Bia, more than pending and friendly. The place is excellent!!! We were uncomfortable with the water (the pump broke) and fixed it very quickly. Very flexible with the schedules, I wait for us after arriving delayed by customs. Highly recommended!!!

We like it very much!! The house is very large, equipped and has air conditioning in almost every room. The look of the river is very beautiful, especially at sunrise. Communication with Ivan and the checkin were also quiet. It would surely return!

I would like to highlight Rodolfo's willingness, he always communicated effectively with us. It is a pity that there is no grill on the balcony, since in the ad it was clearly seen in the images and we are a group that loves to grill (one of the reasons why we chose that property was for the balcony with grill). The balcony is beautiful, it has an incredible view but with NO privacy, honestly you can't even look out and the neighbor is already fuming! Everything else was fine, I had a small problem with a dispenser that slipped in the bathroom and broke. No more than that. I understand the effort that the host makes and I respect his place a lot, to conclude we did not feel at home, however he fulfilled what we were looking for!

Spacious and comfortable, family friendly. With huge balcony and lounge area. The bedrooms have enough blankets and pillows. Quiet and safe building, the guys at the reception are very friendly and helpful. It's the 2nd time we stayed here and I would definitely come back

very comfortable and spacious studio apartment, just have to be careful not to leave any food around because of ants !! but that doesn't takeaway from how much I enjoyed the place.

Helpful staff, modern apartment, clean, very top, I missed a table on the balcony next to the barbecue so we didn't have to enter the apartment to cut the meat but it had all the utensils we needed, 10/10, I highly recommend it!!!

I spent a few days with my family and we had a great rest. The apartment is super comfortable and the area is very quiet.
