Hello to our cozy, fully equipped apartment. This is newly renovated and newly furnished and quietly located. In the village, you will find a bakery, butcher and an inn. In the neighboring village there are more shopping facilities. The Altmühl Valley Cycle Path is a few 100 m away. Distance to Ingolstadt (about 25 km) Distance to Kelheim (about 30 km) Distance to Regensburg (about 56 km) Distance to Riedenburg (about 16 km) There are some attractions in the surrounding area.

I rent out a nice little apartment in the basement, about 38 m² and fully equipped. Stammham is located in Upper Bavaria, about 12 km north of Ingolstadt/Audi, 5 minutes by car to the A9, Munich 55 minutes, Regensburg approx. 1 hour, Nuremberg 55 minutes, Ingolstadt Village 10 minutes, to the Danube Gorge approx. 30 minutes and to the Altmühltal Nature Park about 13 minutes. We have a Netto supermarket, restaurants, butchers, bakers, a doctor and a Raiffeisenbank in the village.

The modern, bright attic apartment is quiet and sunny on the outskirts of Dietfurt. There is a spacious kitchen-living room , 1 bedroom and daylight bathroom with corner tub and balcony with seating. "Digital Detox" is top of mind with us (conscious waiver of wifi). The apartment has a wired connection. A car parking is right in front of the house. A public playground is right across the street from the property. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment and pet-free.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

The apartment is in the newly renovated attic of a listed large house in 2023/24 (after a major fire in 2022 in the house, everything was completely renovated). It is well equipped, cozy and offers plenty of space for families with children. Wi-Fi, TV and a play corner are included. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Dogs can be brought along. There are two cats in the house: Mimi and Sally.

We warmly welcome you to our quaint cottage in the countryside! Our house is idyllically located between the Laber and Altmühl valleys. Here you can watch deer and foxes in the surrounding fields while relaxing. The location is perfect for excursions such as to Regensburg, Weltenburg Abbey, the Liberation Hall in Kelheim and much more. Shopping is about 2.5 km away. Brochures for excursions are ready for you upon your arrival.

In the summer months you can take a seat under the chestnut trees in our guest garden. This is accessible via the house entrance. In the morning in the shade and in the evening in the sun.
