Had a wonderful stay - a great hideaway from Romes hustle bustle- beautiful property with gardens and views of the city. Train station is 30 minutes drive away. I would love to revisit and stay at this property again

Nice accommodation for anyone wishing to visit the likes of Tivoli and Villa Adriana by car. The place is clean and well equipped for cooking. It also doesn't get too hot which is a huge plus. Susanna was very friendly and helpful during our stay.

We stayed in Francesco's apartment from Thursday to Sunday and we had a great time! The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need, like staying at home! Monticchio is ten minutes from L'Aquila and half anhour from Fonte Cerreto, from which the cable car to Gran Sasso starts. The Gran Sasso is beautiful and, if you like nature, trekking, cycling or horseback riding, the location of the house is optimal to reach the natural attractions of the area. We stayed at this fantastic villa for two nights, Friday - Sunday. The host was immediately available and thorough to answer any of our questions. When we arrived we found ourselves in a beautiful villa, clean, modern and within reach of everyone. Carlos and his wife immediately made us feel at ease, explaining the simple little house rules. Never intrusive but always ready in time of need!! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful experience! Valentino's house goes far beyond expectations. Clean, tidy, elegant and complete with everything. Too bad we only spent one night there, we will definitely be back. If you want to spend romantic days of total relaxation, Valentino's house is perfect.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Monteleone for our first trip to Italy. The home was perfectly situated, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, even more stunning than the photos. The property itself was peaceful, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after exploring nearby towns. Giacomo and his family were very warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made it feel cozy and authentic. Special thanks to Giacomo for helping to arrange the return of an item we left behind. We had a great stay! The location was fantastic—very convenient for getting around. The Spanish Steps, along with several great shops and restaurants, are just around the corner. The space was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The pullout couch wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine for a couple of nights. Just a heads-up: there’s only one bathroom, which can be a bit challenging with five people, but we managed. The host was excellent—very friendly and super responsive. Would recommend!

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

This was a great spot near Campo de' Fiori market. Edoardo and his assistant were great to work with, very responsive and helpful (helped us carry our suitcase up the stairs!) The apartment was nice and clean and the outside terrace made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is great with endless walkable destinations. Approx. 30 min walk to Vatican or Colosseum.

We arrived in Rome and our driver easily found the apartment. We loved the immediate neighborhood and Trastevere as a whole. Great restaurants nearby, especially right downstairs, and close enough to Rome’s attractions without being in the center of all the tourists. We had great communication with the hosts though we didn’t have any problems. Would definitely go back.

With steps away from most everything - the location was perfect. If not close, a taxi stand and a bus route was right outside the door. The place was exactly as described, so clean and perfect for us. The place was very secure too - which is nice in the hustle and bustle of Rome. The host was very responsive and helped us with early check in and transportation services. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. Family of 5, and we used the two bedrooms plus the pull out sofa bed in the living room. Being on two levels was nice and allowed us each our own spaces to enjoy. A/C worked well. Roberto and his wife were so nice and prepared us well with recommendations of the area. They were also very responsive when we accidentally locked ourselves out. We absolutely loved our stay here. The terraces were incredible and such a lovely place to have an aperitivo in the evenings. The beds were comfy and WiFi worked well enough for people to work from home. We were worried about the stairs as we were staying with two small children but it was all fine! It was frustrating that they wouldn’t provide a high chair or travel cot so we had to add this to our baggage at the last minute. Every Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in (including my own where I host) provides this. The kitchen was also quite tricky to cook in with no work surface and tiny drawers that don’t fit the huge plates easily. But the location couldn’t be topped!

My parents wanted to stay in a peaceful countryside and this was the perfect place! Surrounded by nature, this very rustic and charming house is what made us feel like we were in the heart of Italy. The best part was how accommodating our hostess Maria was. She offered to pick us up from the train station as we got a bit lost, she also offered to show us around town on our first day there. She really made the area of Roca di pappa have a lasting impression. Thank you Maria, for being such a warm and generous host!

Our stay at Diana’s and Mario's home was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed and cared for. The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures — full of charm, perfectly clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Diana's thoughtful touches — delicious food, excellent wine, and her genuine kindness — made us feel right at home. The location is perfect for exploring Rome, and coming back to such a cozy and peaceful place after a busy day was a true pleasure. There are not enough positives to give for our stay at Giovanna’s. The villa was absolutely stunning, the photos are amazing but it’s even better in person, a large beautiful garden and lovely pool. The place was spotless and had everything you could need. The most standout feature was what incredible hosts Giovanna and Ricardo were, they went out of their way to help us and were so exceptionally kind and willing to help us with anything we needed. There was always communication to make sure everything was okay and nothing was too much for them, they were even very understanding and patient whilst I tried to use my beginners Italian! They are some of the kindest people we have ever met and the villa is beautiful not to mention Tivoli and the surrounding area itself. Couldn’t recommend more.

Very nice house with great pool. The hosts are very friendly and can give good advices for the area. The cave of falvaterra is amazing and many other places can be visited from there.
