The house is detached on the approximately 1000 square meter property at the end of a dead end road. The originality has been preserved as much as possible and carefully combined with the contemporary requirements of a cozy vacation home. The apartment is located in the center of the World Heritage City of Quedlinburg. Various shopping facilities (butcher, bakery and supermarket) are in the immediate vicinity. The parking lot is 2 minutes away and is available for a fee of €8 per day. A tourist tax of €3 is levied by the city of Quedlinburg per person per night, which is payable upon arrival.
