In the surrounding area you can hike, climb, relax at the swimming lake, visit cities such as Bamberg, Bad Staffelstein, Coburg, Kronach, Bayreuth and Kulmbach. It is also wonderful to simply enjoy the peace and quiet in the garden or on the terrace and to watch chickens, running ducks or sometimes sheep.

One room with a kitchenette, a wood-burning stove for winter, a good bed, a small bathroom, a large terrace and a view over orchards towards the forest... Franconian Switzerland and our small goat field valley is a wonderful area for long hikes. But you don't have to go far: right in front of the house, it blooms and thrives and all kinds of fruits and berries invite you to snack.

Our farm is surrounded by forests, meadows and fields and is located directly below the rock formations of the small Kordigast. With us there is a lot to experience for young and old: daily farm work, such as feeding and mucking out, as well as highlights such as hay and potato harvest. Our horses, goats, dogs, cats and chickens are also looking forward to your visit! The surrounding nature of Franconian Switzerland invites you to hike, climb, mountain bike, ride, or simply relax.
