Unser kleines Schmuckstück befindet sich nahe der slowenischen Grenze, am Fuße der Remschniggalm und somit am Beginn der südsteirischen Weinstraße. Das 100 Jahre alte Bauernhäuschen wurde liebevoll renoviert. Bei der Ausstattung wurde wurde auf Qualität gesetzt. This modern apartment lays on the magical altitude of 1111m and can accomodate 3 adults. It has a wonderful mountain view you can enjoy while relaxing on a roof covered terrace. It offers a private hot tub and sauna. Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, toaster, refridgerator, toaster and even utensils for you to get creative with cooking. Interior is decorated with Swiss pine wood. There is a parkig space before the apartment and Wifi is availabe throughout the property.

Es wurde bereits mit der Geramb Rose 2024, einem steirischen Architekturpreis sowie einem Holzbaupreis ausgezeichnet. Es liegt ruhig abseits des Hofgefüges.

Ferienhaus in Alleinlage und mit toller Aussicht

Das Ferienhaus mit Garten steht in idyllischer Lage auf 845 m Seehöhe in der Gemeinde Liebenfels, ca. 20 km von Klagenfur entfernt. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Panoramablick auf die Karawanken sowie das gesamte Glantal. Die Lage eignet sich perfekt für Wanderungen in der Natur und zum Schwimmen in umliegenden Seen. Einige Skigebiete befinden sich 40-60 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus hat ca. 60 m² und verfügt auch über eine Sauna.

In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.
