In the building complex, there is a coin laundry, parking is free outside the door and a lockable bicycle cellar is also available. The apartment is ideal for 2 people, but there is also a sofa bed.

Lütte Hütte

From May 10th to June 24th, façade work will be carried out on the building. During this period, scaffolding will be erected around the house. The flat is lovingly furnished and has a large balcony with a breathtaking view. Situated a few hundred metres away from St. Andreasberg, it is wonderfully quiet, yet everything is within walking distance. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Newly refurbished and completely newly furnished, the "Haselnuss" invites you to linger. Super suitable for your vacation - if necessary with desk work. Our listed half-timbered house was built over 200 years ago and is freshly renovated. The "Haselnuss" is located on the first floor of the house and is about 50 square meters. The large garden allows you to recharge your batteries or let off steam. Direct access to the terrace.

The apartment is particularly characterized by modern furnishings in a cozy chalet style as well as the magnificent view of the Matthias Schmidt mountain. The sauna invites you to relax after a busy, sporty day.

A double bedroom and a shower room are located on the sloping floor and are accessible via a rustic staircase from the first floor.

Our home port in Altenau is about 45 m2. It includes two bedrooms and a cozy living room with open kitchen niche, which is well-equipped. There are plenty of free parking places in front of the house. In the resort there is also a laundromat with washing machines and dryers for a fee. In addition, there is a basement for bicycles and/ or skis / snowboards storage facilities.
