Bright and spacious garden apartment with use of pool

Right on the golf course of Altea, you will find us comfortably in a completely renovated apartment in 2016 with a quiet shared swimming pool. You enter through the park and the spacious terrace through the sliding door. The spacious bright living room has a Samsung TV with streaming possibility and WiFi. Through the living room you enter the spacious dining kitchen, including a dishwasher. The bedroom with sliding doors has a good bed and plenty of closet space. The bathroom with toilet has a shower, washing machine and dryer.

Charming apartment with the perfect location of Altea, on the fifth floor where you fall asleep listening to the waves. Fantastic terrace, two bedrooms...l The beach two steps from home. It is very comfortable, renovated and with high speed WIFI 600Mb. Free parkings on train station. Every year we do maintenance and continuous improvement, renewing or buying new equipment for the home. J We have details with guests such as coffee, water and local fruits, oranges in November and Nísperos in May.
