Loft in the studio This stylish, cosy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest outside Bad Ischl in the Salzkammergut region. Art and nature lovers will find plenty to enjoy here. Get up close and personal with the artist Etienne, who paints on the ground floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is breathtaking. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun over breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden, which features a pond and a BBQ area.

We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. Cozy 30 m² ground floor apartment on the quiet outskirts with fantastic views of the Dachstein and the surrounding mountains. Sleeps up to 5 people (large double bed, bunk bed and extra bed). Fully equipped kitchen, 65-inch smart TV, and free WiFi provide comfort. Parking included. Perfect starting point for nature, recreation and excursions in Ausseerland. Note!! The sleeping option for the 5th person is more of an emergency solution, 5 it becomes very tight in the apartment.

After using airbnb extensively I decided to make the ground floor available for mindful travellers. This is a 500+ year old house with original retro furniture and art works. The private kitchen is a little odd and frozen in the 60’s therefore not high tech but it is functional. There is a shower room and separate toilet for your sole use and a large shared garden ! No TV, good for tech detox! No smoking inside the house The tourist tax is 3.50 per person per night
