L'appartamento, situato nella parte alta dei Rioni Sassi, ha un ingresso indipendente con alcuni scalini ed è dotato di due camere da letto, due bagni (uno con vasca e l'altro con doccia), un soggiorno con TV a schermo piatto e divano-letto, la cucina in muratura con piastrelle in maiolica, un vano lavanderia con lavatrice, un terrazzino da cui si può ammirare un panorama mozzafiato. Dalla casa si raggiungono facilmente a piedi i principali luoghi di interesse storico-artistico della città.
