Come and stay in our cozy pool house in scenic Älta, Nacka! Separate house of 25 sqm located on our property. The house has a bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom, wood-fired sauna and kitchen/kitchenette + small living room in one. Swimming in the pool according to the permit. But it is also close to several swimming lakes, one of which is 100 m from the house (sandy beach & jetties). Kayaks are available to rent by the lake. 100 meters to grocery store & buses to central Stockholm (max. 25 minutes) A cozy pool house with sauna, kitchen, lakes nearby & 25 minutes to Stockholm

Newly-built private house in a high position with terrace, 2 minutes to the bus (15 minutes to Gullmarsplan, 20 minutes to Slussen Stockholm city). Parking is included. Bed linens, towels, consumables are included. TV with Chromecast. Dishwasher and washing machine. 5 minutes to the swimming lake, 15 minutes to the nature reserve. 2 minutes to grocery store open every day 8 am - 10 pm. 2 bikes are included. Stockholm city 35 min, the sea (Baltic Sea) with sandy beach, 30 min. NOTE: Only non-smokers are allowed as guests, this is because we are allergic.

If you want to take the car, there are plenty of swimming areas, nature reserves, coffee/food places to explore nearby or further out in the archipelago.

Gå på konsert, mässa, titta på sport på Avicii Arena eller varför inte shoppa på Globen shopping. Ta en gondol upp till toppen av den största sfäriska byggnaden i Europa. Njut av en otrolig utsikt över Stockholm. Eller ta dig till stan.

Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Pool House

Boendet är beläget i ett lugnt, idylliskt område. Poolen är uppvärmd till ca 28 grader mellan maj-augusti . Poolen är stängd mellan september-april. Låna gärna en av kanoterna och ta en mysig paddeltur på sjön, eller en promenad i Tyrestareservatet som ligger precis runt hörnet. Det finns även två enklare cyklar att låna om man vill. Om du har en elbil som behöver laddas så går även det att lösa till aktuellt kW-pris. Avsluta kvällen med ett parti backgammon i kvällssolen. Åldersgräns 25 år.

Edö Hill

Rent a house on the archipelago idyll of Edö. The house is located approx. 100m from the water and has a glimpse of the sea from the super cozy balcony at the front. The balcony at the back, where you BBQ and eat dinner, faces the forest and has sun until late em. The house is close to private cliffs and small beaches. Here you can pick apples, mushrooms & berries or go for a walk in an enchanted forest. Or why not take the Vaxholmsboat to Svartsö or Finnhamn for lunch or ice cream.

Vi har ett fullt utrustat hem med en stor, solig altan. En kort promenad bort längs skogsstigar ligger två mysiga sjöar där du kan simma från maj till september. Ibland får vi besök av älgar och rådjur! Kom hem till oss för att varva ner och njuta av Stockholms skärgårds lugna puls. Vi har ett Bastu-tält placerat året om på altanen, njut!
