The property is located entirely by itself by the sea. 40 minutes from Alta. NB! In winter (October - May), you have to go skiing or use snowshoes for about 1.5 km. The host can assist with transportation by snow scooter for an additional fee. Great hiking opportunities all year long. House refurbished in 2024 with a new kitchen and plenty of beds. Private viewing room on the second floor where you can enjoy the spectacular view of the sea and mountains. If you are lucky, both orcas and whales appear right outside. (November-January)

Baby travel cot can be rented if needed. 7 km from airport, 50 m to bus stop. The landlord has dogs and cats in the main apartment. Minimum number of nights you can rent is two. Welcome to us!

Welcome to Bunæs, our historic Alta farm. Enjoy the northern lights or midnight sun on fjord, river, cliffs, skiing, & mountain hikes. In summer we recommend collecting river stones, chatting with locals, and checking out nearby archaeological sites. In winter Sarves ski hill is only five minutes away and our local waterfalls are frozen-spectacular. Whatever season, it’s nice to relax with a coffee in a well-appointed home. We call this “our cozy place,” and we hope you’ll make it yours, too!

The house is from 2004, situated 25 meters from the sea, with a beautiful view from the living room and terrace. It is modern equipped with dishwasher, microwave, freezer and all the kitchen equipment you will need, floor heating in the bathroom, laundry room and entrance area. The bedrooms are quite spacious with good quality beds. During spring, summer and autumn a boat for 4 people, with an outboard engine, is available for rent. Perfectly situated for day trips around the area. :)

The hosts live next door and are very approachable. The apartment has a new kitchen and appears spacious, bright and pleasant with large windows. There is a terrace at the front by the entrance area and a small terrace at the back from the bedroom.

The cabin is located in beautiful nature with proximity to both mountains and lake. The hiking trails start right behind the cabin and in winter there are ski slopes. Hunting and fishing are possible nearby. Alta Airport is 30 minutes away by car. It is 10 min to the nearest grocery store, and 35 min to Alta city center. This is a place for those who seek proximity to nature and peace and quiet. We recommend a 4WD car in winter

The cabin is perfect for families, with its own loft where there is a sofa group. The great barbecue room can be used for barbecue and cozy. We have firewood bags available that can be purchased in addition. Here you can enjoy the tranquility, go on trips in the surrounding area, go to the mountains for hunting and fishing. Or walk to the convenience store and have a chat with our nice cabin neighbors and residents.
