Great conditions for northern lights. 10 minutes walk to the university and 15 minutes to the city center where among other things the shopping are.

The place is next door to hiking trail that runs through Alta. Also proximity to the "BUA" which operates free rental of, among other things, hiking equipment. Convenient and bright Apartement! Nice kitchen with all the equipment you need. Quiet neighborhood. My location is good for friends, couples, couple with a child and person traveling alone. It`s walking distance to grocery stores, bicycle and ski trail, hiking in moutains and forest. Approximately 2 km. to downtown. 5 - 6 min. walk to public transport. Free Wifi, Norwegian TV (NRK)
