Beachfront holiday rental in Alt Penedès

Ein schönes Haus in guter Lage, Strand und Dorf fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben toll ausgestattet und war sehr sauber. Schöner Empfang mit Kuchen ! Die Kommunikation war problemlos und sehr gastfreundlich. Wir haben nichts vermisst und uns sehr wohlgefühlt

We had a nice time in Marta's apartment. It has all the amenities for a relaxed stay. Only nuisance was that as it's winter season and there is no central heating but a portable gas heater and we needed to pay 20eur for the gas bottle and arrange it ourselves with the concierge, this was not mentioned beforehand nor during check-in and caused delays for us having to wait for the gas bottle to be replaced. Apart from that everything was great, Marta is very responsive and friendly and even allowed us to stay beyond check-out on the day of departure.

Il y a eu beaucoup de moustiques mais en fin de compte nous avons beaucoup aimé l’appartement! Bien agrémenté propre et douillet! Comme il y a eu une journée avec des forts vents, les éléments du plafond de la douche se soulevaient et faisaient beaucoup de bruit. Cela était pénible. Je les ai bloqués avec du carton puis le lendemain, je l’ai enlevé.

Eduard a été un hôte réactif et chaleureux. La maison est proche de la mer, bien équipée. Nous avons juste eu un problème de fuite et de coupure d’électricité suite à des pluies, mais Eduard a été très réactif pour trouver une solution au problème. Nous recommandons

Nous avons décidé sur un coup de tête de rester une nuit de plus à Barcelone, et nous sommes tombés sur le logement de Rafael. Une super trouvaille ! L’appartement est spacieux, moderne, propre, bien rangé et parfait pour accueillir un groupe nous étions 8, dont des enfants. Gros plus les animaux sont acceptés ! L’arrivée s’est faite en toute fluidité grâce à des consignes claires et un horaire flexible, c’était top. Seul petit bémol : le logement est à environ 45 min de Barcelone en voiture, et les baies vitrées ne se verrouillaient pas très bien, ce qui nous a un peu stressés avec notre petit dernier. Mais à part ça, c’était parfait. Merci Rafael pour l’accueil !

La estancia en su apartamento fue perfecta. Nos sentimos como en casa. Felicidad siempre dispuesta a solucionarnos cualquier problema. La playa cercana al apartamento. Zona muy tranquila, ya que tan solo hay un camping y un hotel, si buscas desconexión es ideal. El apartamento como en las fotos con las camas muy cómodas. La terraza de arriba espectacular. Nous sommes ravis de ce sejour à Miami playa chez Monica la location est fabuleuse tous les matins : lever du soleil Magniiiifiiique et en plus la lune pleine reflétée sur la mer: une merveille Le logement très bien agence,parking couvert ,sécurisé Pas de bruit ,6 ieme étage, un beau parc etc... Quant à Monica d une gentillesse qui dénoue tous les problèmes que vous pouvez rencontrés, elle est exceptionnelle Je le recommande fortement UN GRAND MERCI MONICA

We had a lovely week. Lovely coves only 5 mins walk away and Miami Beach is only 15 mins away and has lots of restaurants and shade etc. The pool is enormous and there is a supermarket opposite the house so no need to use a car. The restaurant next door, Enriques was gorgeous and catered to gluten free, veggie and nut allergies! We loved the outdoor kitchen and did all of our cooking outside. The bedrooms are a bit hot in august, but there are fans and air con in two of the bedrooms. All in all a lovely stay.

From our first contact with Sylvana, we were aware of her total commitment in ensuring that every detail of renting accommodation was seamless and easy. All instructions were clear. The accommodation was spotless, extremely well equipped and Sylvana spent time ensuring that everything was explained to us. The apartment boasts stunning views of the sea and is nestled in a quiet, calm complex which is maintained to a very high standard. We enjoyed our holiday and will return. The flat is everything you could wish for. Amazing view, spacious terrace, some toys for the beach. Very easy access to the small beach so that you can just go down for a quick swim before breakfast. The PortAventura Park is also very close and worth a day‘s visit when you come at times when it is not overcrowded. We also visited Tarragona which is a must see and Reus (the Gaudi Centre is also recommendable), and very good Italian ice-cream; both only half an hour drive. Lourdes and Lourdes- Maria were really welcoming and made us feel right at home. A perfect week even the though the weather wasn‘t sunny the whole time.

The apartment is in a great location very close to a nice beach and walkable into Tarragona centre. Aitor was a great host - very communicative and always available if we needed anything.

Très belle maison de style vintage. Nous avons été agréablement surpris en entrant à l'intérieur, car les photos ne rendent pas justice à la maison. De plus, la propriétaire est très réactive en cas de problème. La maison est très bien agencée. Malgré les 35 degrés à l'extérieur, la maison était fraîche grâce à sa climatisation. La route devant la maison est maintenant un chemin exclusivement piétonnier, ce qui rend l'extérieur plus calme et sûr. La maison est totalement équipée, du coquetier à l'économe, ce qui est un grand plus. Petite remarque néanmoins sur la taille des lits qui ne sont pas aux tailles standards. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison, nous ne regrettons absolument pas notre choix. Nous vous recommandons donc cette villa pour votre séjour en Espagne. De plus, cette maison est très bien localisée, en effet, elle se situe dans un quartier calme avec une plage située à quelques pas seulement !

Eine schöne geräumige Wohnung in dem abgeschlossenen ruhigen Wohngegend in Torredembarra, 10 minuten von Tarragona entfernt. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, die sich sehr über den Pool gefreut haben :D . Das Meer mit einem wunderschönen Strand ist ebenfalls 5 Minuten entfernt, sowie ein Supermarkt. Die Kommunikation mit Amanda war super, ihre Eltern sind ganz süss und haben uns die Wohnung gezeigt. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!

We had a great time at Edu’s apartment! The beach is just across the street, and the place had everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. Edu was very friendly, gave us helpful tips, and made sure we felt well taken care of. We can definitely recommend staying here! Thank you! 😊

This was our best Airbnb experience yet! We highly recommend this stay. Get away from the big city of Barcelona and enjoy a beautiful and quiet stay here! (It is an easy train ride into the city for tourism if you want and a quiet place to retreat to after a day of exploring Barcelona.). The house felt like home. Clean. Excellent. Comfortable. All the amenities and more. We give our highest recommendation for this home away from home.

I had a wonderful stay at Juan Jose's apartment. It was my first trip to Spain, Arenys de Mar was the perfect place to land. The Airbnb was perfect—it is located on a quiet street, but just off the busy main road with all the shops, restaurants, and cafes. I did not have a car and could walk anywhere, or walk 8 minutes to the R1 train to go to Barcelona! A large supermarket (Mercadona) is about ten minutes walk, and there are also fruits and vegetable shops and convenient stores just steps from the Airbnb. And the ocean is right there as well! The Airbnb itself was spotless, extremely clean and tidy. I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Oh, and the deck is marvelous. Juan Jose is very fast with his correspondence and replying to messages. I appreciate that very much and put my mind at ease when I preparing for my trip. It was a joy to explore Arenys de Mar, and I hope to return someday. Highly recommend!

Nous avons passé avec mes amies un excellent sejour. L'appartement est juste parfait,il est propre,spacieux,les chambres sont grandes avec beaucoup de rangement . La cuisine est très bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire . La terrasse est très grande avec un accès direct à la piscine avec vue mer et accès direct à la plage . Juste en bas de l'appartement tous les restaurants et le supermarché si besoin de courses . L'appartement se situe à 10 minutes en train de Barcelone. Merci Rafael pour votre accueil et de vos explications très clair pour l'appartement et de toutes les recommandations pour les visites à faire à Barcelone. C'etait parfait !!

Hemos estado por segunda vez y todo genial! Karina es una persona muy accesible y amable. La casa es perfecta para disfrutar de unas vacaciones tranquilas ya que la zona es muy familiar. Además, a pocos metros está la playa y un poco más lejos a unos 10 min hay una playa para perros. Ha sido todo perfecto!

We had a fab time as a family of four adults, a baby and dog. The kitchen is fully equipped, we were able to make family meals and dine all together. We brought our own baby things like travel cot and hight chair so I can't comment on those things but the apartment had everything we needed. The only things that was a miss was no outdoor seating area connected to the apartment. It's in the heart of sitges and in a quiet location. The pools were a bonus too. We would 100% return. Thank you 😊

the apartment has a stunning view from the balcony. the bed is large, very comfortable. the owner left a bunch of gifts: water, champagne, pasta and sauce, new flip-flops, coffee in capsules and much more. highly recommend, will definitely come back.
