Beachfront holiday rental in Alt Penedès

A beautiful house in a good location, easily accessible to beach and village on foot. The house is well equipped as described and was very clean. Nice welcome with cake ! Communication was hassle-free and very welcoming. We didn't miss anything and felt very comfortable

We had a nice time in Marta's apartment. It has all the amenities for a relaxed stay. Only nuisance was that as it's winter season and there is no central heating but a portable gas heater and we needed to pay 20eur for the gas bottle and arrange it ourselves with the concierge, this was not mentioned beforehand nor during check-in and caused delays for us having to wait for the gas bottle to be replaced. Apart from that everything was great, Marta is very responsive and friendly and even allowed us to stay beyond check-out on the day of departure.

Excellent stay, unsurpassed service, the host was super friendly, everything was perfect, I would stay again without thinking twice, we really enjoyed it, we felt right at home, thank you very much 👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏

There were a lot of mosquitoes but in the end we really liked the apartment! Well decorated, clean and cozy! As there was a day with strong winds, parts of the shower ceiling were lifting and making a lot of noise. It was annoying. I blocked them with cardboard and then the next day I took it off.

Eduard was a responsive and warm host. The house is close to the sea, well-equipped. We just had a leak and power outage due to rain, but Eduard was very responsive to find a solution to the problem. We recommend it.

Fabulous views each day. Close to the train service and many restaurants.

Clean, high standard. Everything as in photos/description. Just stayed one night before early flight. Easy to access and leave. It's in the city so if you are sensitive to sound (like the train) that's something to consider. Had some issues with the elevator (and the apartament on 7th floor), but that's not the fault of the owner. Hope it's fixed soon.

The stay in her apartment was perfect. We felt at home. Happiness is always ready to resolve any issue. The beach near the apartment Very quiet area, as there is only a campsite and a hotel, if you are looking for disconnection it is ideal. The apartment as shown in the photos with very comfortable beds. The spectacular upstairs terrace. Repeat😁

We are delighted with this stay in Miami playa at Monica's the rental is fabulous every morning: Magniiiifiiic sunrise and in addition the full moon reflected on the sea: a wonder The accommodation is very well arranged, covered parking,secure No noise, 6th floor, a beautiful park etc... We had a lovely week. Lovely coves only 5 mins walk away and Miami Beach is only 15 mins away and has lots of restaurants and shade etc. The pool is enormous and there is a supermarket opposite the house so no need to use a car. The restaurant next door, Enriques was gorgeous and catered to gluten free, veggie and nut allergies! We loved the outdoor kitchen and did all of our cooking outside. The bedrooms are a bit hot in august, but there are fans and air con in two of the bedrooms. All in all a lovely stay.

From our first contact with Sylvana, we were aware of her total commitment in ensuring that every detail of renting accommodation was seamless and easy. All instructions were clear. The accommodation was spotless, extremely well equipped and Sylvana spent time ensuring that everything was explained to us. The apartment boasts stunning views of the sea and is nestled in a quiet, calm complex which is maintained to a very high standard. We enjoyed our holiday and will return. The flat is everything you could wish for. Amazing view, spacious terrace, some toys for the beach. Very easy access to the small beach so that you can just go down for a quick swim before breakfast. The PortAventura Park is also very close and worth a day‘s visit when you come at times when it is not overcrowded. We also visited Tarragona which is a must see and Reus (the Gaudi Centre is also recommendable), and very good Italian ice-cream; both only half an hour drive. Lourdes and Lourdes- Maria were really welcoming and made us feel right at home. A perfect week even the though the weather wasn‘t sunny the whole time.

The apartment is in a great location very close to a nice beach and walkable into Tarragona centre. Aitor was a great host - very communicative and always available if we needed anything.

Very beautiful vintage style house. We were pleasantly surprised when entering the house, as the pictures do not do the house justice. In addition, the landlord is very responsive in case of any problems. The house is very well arranged. Despite the 35 degrees outside, the house was cool thanks to its air conditioning. The road in front of the house is now an exclusively pedestrian path, making the outdoors quieter and safer. The house is fully equipped, from the bucket to the thrift, which is a big plus. A quick note, however, about the size of beds that are not of standard sizes. We had a great time in this house, we absolutely do not regret our choice. So we would recommend this villa for your stay in Spain. In addition, this house is very well located, indeed, it is located in a quiet area with a beach just a short walk away!

A beautiful spacious apartment in the enclosed quiet residential area in Torredembarra, 10 minutes from Tarragona. We were 2 adults and 2 children who were very happy about the pool:D . The sea with a beautiful beach is also 5 minutes away, as well as a supermarket. The communication with Amanda was great, her parents are very cute and showed us the apartment. We can only recommend the apartment and will be happy to come back! Thank you!

This was our best Airbnb experience yet! We highly recommend this stay. Get away from the big city of Barcelona and enjoy a beautiful and quiet stay here! (It is an easy train ride into the city for tourism if you want and a quiet place to retreat to after a day of exploring Barcelona.). The house felt like home. Clean. Excellent. Comfortable. All the amenities and more. We give our highest recommendation for this home away from home.

I had a wonderful stay at Juan Jose's apartment. It was my first trip to Spain, Arenys de Mar was the perfect place to land. The Airbnb was perfect—it is located on a quiet street, but just off the busy main road with all the shops, restaurants, and cafes. I did not have a car and could walk anywhere, or walk 8 minutes to the R1 train to go to Barcelona! A large supermarket (Mercadona) is about ten minutes walk, and there are also fruits and vegetable shops and convenient stores just steps from the Airbnb. And the ocean is right there as well! The Airbnb itself was spotless, extremely clean and tidy. I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Oh, and the deck is marvelous. Juan Jose is very fast with his correspondence and replying to messages. I appreciate that very much and put my mind at ease when I preparing for my trip. It was a joy to explore Arenys de Mar, and I hope to return someday. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay with my friends. The apartment is just perfect,it is clean,spacious,the rooms are large with lots of storage . The kitchen is very well equipped with all the necessities . The terrace is very large with direct access to the pool with sea view and direct access to the beach . Just downstairs from the apartment all the restaurants and the supermarket if you need groceries . The apartment is 10 minutes by train from Barcelona. Thank you Rafael for your welcome and your very clear explanations for the apartment and all the recommendations for visits to be made in Barcelona. It was perfect!!!!!

We've been there for the second time and everything's great! Karina is a very approachable and friendly person. The house is perfect to enjoy a quiet vacation as the area is very familiar. Also, a few meters away is the beach and a little further away about 10 min there is a dog beach. Everything was perfect!

We had a fab time as a family of four adults, a baby and dog. The kitchen is fully equipped, we were able to make family meals and dine all together. We brought our own baby things like travel cot and hight chair so I can't comment on those things but the apartment had everything we needed. The only things that was a miss was no outdoor seating area connected to the apartment. It's in the heart of sitges and in a quiet location. The pools were a bonus too. We would 100% return. the apartment has a stunning view from the balcony. the bed is large, very comfortable. the owner left a bunch of gifts: water, champagne, pasta and sauce, new flip-flops, coffee in capsules and much more. highly recommend, will definitely come back.
