It was built in 2025 with a modern design. The private garden is a rare find, perfect for dinners outdoors. There’s a little welcome gift just to make you smile when you arrive. Supreme Art Suite - Central Vienna

Welcome to my lovingly designed and officially registered apartment. You can relax and work in the midst of chic and cozy designs. It is the perfect place for families, business and couples to discover beautiful Vienna. The apartment offers light-flooded living areas, a fully equipped kitchen and a small outdoor patio, an infrared sauna, high speed wifi, Smart TV and a workplace are a matter of course. The city center, shopping streets, transport and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

URBAN UNIT | nearby city center

URBAN UNIT has 50m2, fits up to 4 guests & is located in the 16th district of Vienna. A one minute walk brings you to the tram station, which connects you directly to the historical city center by only 8 stops (no changing trains). The apartment is right next to a park so there's hardly any traffic. The whole building is brand-new (construction work finalized in January 2022). It has a private 19m2 terrace with comfy lounge furniture, accessible from the bed- & living room.

This newly renovated design apartment with terrace is very centrally located in the 7th district behind the Museumsquartier in the heart of Vienna! Quiet, top roof terrace appartment in city center

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish retreat. The apartment is on the top floor of the building and belonged to my family, we grew up here. Therefore, there are still a lot of personal items in the apartment. You feel really comfortable here, almost at home, thanks to the warm and stylish furnishings. The apartment has two large terraces, one to the east (rising sun) and the other to the west (sun setting), which give a special light to the atmosphere.
