Our apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu near the city of Immenstadt. It is furnished in a modern Alpine style with wonderful views of the Allgäu mountains. In both summer and winter, its location makes it the best starting point for numerous activities in the entire Allgäu region. Many bike paths, beautiful hiking and skiing areas, magnificent lakes and of course our wonderful mountains offer a great platform for sports activities. Bike tours and hikes are possible directly from the front door.

Welcome! The apartment with living-bedroom offers space on just under 40 square meters for solo travelers, couples or a small Family. The Allgäu high Alps, cycling and hiking trails, ski lift, toboggan run, bathing lakes and much more are quickly reached. Numerous shopping and refreshments are within walking distance of the apartment. Train station, bus stop and bike rental in the immediate vicinity as well as the underground parking space (only small cars, see 'access for guests') simplify the stay.

Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

Then my apartment is just right - it is located in the middle of nature (1.2km to the centre) with a stream right outside the door! From here you can start directly for hiking, biking or other outdoor activities. Modern décor, fully equipped kitchen and fiberglass internet invite you to relax or even work in the apartment. The dreamy new top floor apartment with mountain view is the perfect place for vacation. The light-flooded, sunny and very spacious apartment offers plenty of space for a family or friends. The view from the windows shows a great mountain panorama. If you like to cook for yourself, there is a large kitchenette with cooking utensils. The spacious dining area is also perfect for social evenings. The parking lot is directly at the house.

Cozy room for 1-2 people in Blaichach

Our 19 square meter guest room above the garage with separate entrance, two single beds, mini sofa and separate bathroom with shower and toilet is rented. In the room there is a fridge, kettle, coffee pod machine, microwave, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sleds, etc. can be stored in the basement. A parking space in the yard is reserved for you. Bed linen, wool blankets, towels and breakfast dishes are provided.

Our ground-level apartment with private entrance and gravel terrace is set up for two people. From here you have a magnificent mountain view. Parking is available right outside the door. The location is the perfect starting point for all kinds of activities in the Allgäu.
