Zur alleinigen Nutzung bieten wir unsere rund 200 Jahre alte, kernsanierte Hütte an. Hier trifft alpine Gemütlichkeit auf Moderne. Ob Sommer oder Winter, diese stilvolle Hütte bietet auf rund 50 Quadratmetern die perfekte Unterkunft für vier Personen. Sie befindet sich in sonniger Hanglage. Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. Chalet immerso nel verde, nel cuore della Valtellina. Situato in una zona tranquilla ma strategica per gli spostamenti verso le principali località turistiche. Nelle vicinanze piste ciclabili e sentieri per passeggiate nella natura. Tirano e la partenza del "Trenino Rosso" distano 7 km. Bormio con le piste da sci e i bagni termali dista 25km. Livigno, il Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio, e molte altre incantevoli località sono raggiungibili in 1 ora circa. Posto ideale per chi cerca quiete.

Il Nido è una struttura realizzata interamente in legno naturale, di 20 mq, pensata appositamente per 2 persone e dotato di tutti i confort. Si trova arroccato sulla roccia, con un piccolo giardino solarium, e per vivere una esperienza unica, dispone anche di una tinozza esterna jacuzzi con acqua che dovrete riscaldare con la stufa a legna apposita, NON DISPONIBILE PERO' DAL 12 GENNAIO AL 10 FEBBRAIO. Da ogni angolo si ha una vista stupenda del lago di Como e delle montagne che lo circondano.

Posé sur une terrasse en bois, en contre bas de notre ferme et au cœur du parc des alpagas, venez vous ressourcer dans un lieu aussi harmonieux qu'esthétique. A la nuit tombée, confortablement installé dans votre lit, admirez le spectacle fascinant du scintillement des étoiles, et vibrez aux sons de la nature.

V bližini namestitve se nahaja veliko možnosti za aktivnosti na prostem. Naravne poti, pohodniške steze in kolesarske poti vam omogočajo raziskovanje okolice ter odkrivanje skritih kotičkov neokrnjene narave.

Der Ederhof ist ein Permakulturhof im Großglocknergebiet, Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. Eine kleine Almhütte mit Erdsauna und einem Feuchtbiotop, etwa 200m von der Hofstelle entfernt gelegen. Die Hütte mit Ausblick auf die Berge und ins Tal ist in ihrer Einfachheit urig und gemütlich. Naturmaterialien verleihen dem Wohnkomfort einen lieblich warmen Charakter. Sie bietet durch Beschränkung auf das Wesentliche Raum für Stille. Die Almhütte ist ganzjährig buchbar.

The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.
