Villa holiday rentals in Alps

Giuseppe is a very friendly host. The communication was very easy and open questions were handled quickly. House is located in a quiet and very nice location. The lake and various shopping facilities are only a few minutes walk or drive away. The kitchen surfaces were a bit too small for us 8 people to prepare the food. However, if you organize, this is also not a problem. We highly recommend Giuseppe's house.

Gorgeous accommodation in an amazing location. The closeness to Lucca, Pisa etc… makes everything so easy to reach, absolutely convenient. The house is huge with extremely comfortable beds and unique furniture. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and tastefully equipped. It’s hard to spend any time in the house though as the garden is simply divine, it’s a gorgeous, park-like garden with thousands of flowers, so peaceful. Our children spent many hours in the gigantic pool, perfect in the hot summer :-). The owners were incredibly friendly and made us feel very comfortable and we loved cuddles from the beautiful Hugo X. Thank you again and highly recommend this beautiful home away from home.

We were a group of 9 people. The location is fantastic. Very quiet and you can go directly from the villa to the sea. The house was very clean and looked as pictured. The kitchen in the house and also the outdoor kitchen were well equipped and had everything you need. We thought the grill and the pizza oven were great. The house is a bit out of the way. There are no restaurants nearby. However, there are plenty of shopping opportunities and they are easily accessible by car. The house is perfect for relaxing vacations.

Adrians place was nothing short of spectacular. It had areas for our kids to play by the pool and they had games for them to enjoy. The adults had a nice dining table on the outside by the pool which provided a serene setting allowing us to connect in privacy. The beds were amazing, the A/C was great, the kitchens were pristine and the overall house was very well kept. I will come back specifically because of the amazing service we received.

When we arrived, the navigation system first wanted to guide us to another street, but we found it relatively quickly. When we arrived, a young man immediately approached us and explained everything and showed us the place. His mother immediately provided us with cold drinks and the family was really super friendly and accommodating. They lived in the small cottage that is exactly on the way to the private beach. Everything was very clean and tidy. The view is a dream. The apartments have everything you need to live and near the villa there are plenty of shops and many restaurants with good food. The private beach was beautiful and we were even allowed to rent masks and paddle boats for swimming. No matter what we needed, the family was always there. The pool was also nice, large and clean. You didn't really hear the airport nearby, but it was impressive to see the planes take off. Thank you for everything

We booked this great property with friends and our wauzis over the turn of the year. Unfortunately, it was not as bright as we had hoped, but still our "fear"dog was able to enjoy New Year's Eve quite well, as everything could be locked accordingly. In summer, certainly twice as beautiful, as the outdoor area is really great. The house itself is nicely divided and has enough space and space. The location in a cul-de-sac makes it pleasantly quiet and you are in all the cities of Istria worth seeing in no time. The contact via Connor and Tamara (who is the direct contact person on site) was all around great. We enjoyed our getaway.

This house with the picturesque view was everything that we hoped for and even more. 8 people (two related families with big kids) had the most wonderful time and we would all love to come back some time. Barbara and Andrej were very helpful in every way. We are very content. Loved the stargazing at midnight from upper terrace as well as the swimming pool and pool table at all time. A lot of other nice places in Istria could be reached by car, so we also did many great day trips.

Very nice and clean accommodation. Indeed, it was a pity that there was very little kitchen utensils available, such as an extra pan (especially if you are staying in the house with such a large group), kitchen towels, sponges,..... There was also no cleaning equipment available, such as a vacuum cleaner, mop,...After we contacted the host, this was put in order very quickly. The host is very friendly and helpful. The house is within walking distance of supermarkets, bakery, vegetable stalls and butcher. Also very close you have several eateries. Be careful if you want to rent a boat through the host. Host has nothing to do with this rental. These people are not reliable! They rented a speedboat that was already broken, where water came in, didn't get windshield, no life jackets. We were accused of crashing the boat. Boat taken out of water, nothing to see. It turned out that the pump had been broken for a few days. Didn't get any money back!

We had a fantastic time and everything went as planned. We did our research and choose this property for the local bus connections to trogir and split. The villa is the best we have stayed in, modern and still looks like new. The hosts were extremely kind and flexible with us. The villa is fully equipped and had everything expected and more. There is a lot of construction works being undertaken with many new villas and flats being built, the area is very much under development however this didn't affect our stay.

I booked the villa for a vacation with 11 friends. We were fully surprised when we arrived because the villa is extraordinary and is 1000 times better than what the photos show. The interior is comfortable, modern and very optimized (EVERYTHING you need to feel at home is in the villa!). There are no photos of the two bathrooms on Airbnb but these two bathrooms are modern (Italian shower + Italian shower and bathtub in the 2nd) which is very comfortable. The bedrooms are large and with plenty of storage space. The villa is very spacious which allows everyone to have their own space. The balconies and terraces on every floor are a huge plus. The pool and outdoor space are just perfect! The outdoor bar totally won us over and the garden is very large which allowed us to play spike ball, badminton, volleyball, ping pong… A big thank you for this wonderful stay! Beautiful place, private surrounding but require car to go shopping and/or to restaurant or beach. Fantastic views and super kitchen that has everything. Great place for 6-8 people who want to spend time together, cooking and chillin. Lots of areas to hang together or if you want some privacy every now and then. Very friendly and easy check in and check out.

Our stay at this beautiful house was just perfect. The location is idyllic and quiet, ideal for a relaxing break. The house is stylishly furnished, very clean and offers all the amenities you could want. The hosts were incredibly friendly, quickly accessible and gave us many valuable tips for the area. I booked this place to celebrate my 60th birthday with my family. The house has an exceptional location with a sensational view of the bay of Saint Maxime. Car is absolutely necessary. About, 10 minutes to the sea. Everything was to our complete satisfaction. Easy to find, uncomplicated check-in. All was perfectly prepared. ( Baby cot + high chair ) We immediately felt at home. In the house, there is enough space to cook and eat in the open living/kitchen area with 8 people. There is even a fireplace for cold days. The outdoor area is also awesome. Several levels to linger. Great pool, jacuzzi, sauna, even a boule area at the bottom of the property is available. Thank you Stephane for the wonderful holiday week. Frank & family

Beautiful villa castle-style retreat in the mountains with a 1500 feet breathtaking view of Monaco and the Mediterranean. Quiet, fantastic surroundings with flowers, trees, great outside lighting at night for a unique and wonderful atmosphere. All bedrooms were large, beautiful and en suite with outstanding views … my wife and guests were truly amazed by the facilities and decor. We had plenty of adequate parking for our rental car plus parking for our guests. Our outside evening barbecue party with music made our stay special and created a lasting experience for us and our guests.

A very nice, spacious villa, quietly located with a very nice garden and a large pool. The home was tastefully decorated and very well equipped. We felt very comfortable. Our local contact was always available, very friendly and helpful.

The house and garden are beautiful and the pool is fabulous! The hosts were friendly and helpful. Saint Paul de Vence is stunning and we found the house location a great base for exploring Nice, Cannes and Monaco. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Jean-Luc is a great host. He welcomed us very warmly making himself available earlier than expected. In addition, he gave us very good advice on places to visit. The house is very well-equipped, clean and modern. The garden, well appointed, offers different corners, all very pleasant.

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.

We had a very nice time in the villa, unfortunately only 4 days. We certainly could have stayed longer. The host Toni, had good and clear contact in advance. Andrea gave us a warm welcome and we were able to contact her for everything during the rest of our stay. She is a warm, sweet, enthusiastic and caring lady. Contact with Andrea also runs very quickly and smoothly. We have nothing to complain about the villa itself. It is nice and clean both inside and outside. The pool is lovely, and also bright and clean. You are provided with everything in the villa. You don't have to leave and you can have a great time. You really won't be short of anything. The location is quiet, but within a 15/30 minute drive you will also come across nice villages/shops. A car would be useful. Thanks again Toni and Andrea for the hospitality, we will definitely come back.

very nice place for just chilling out. They thought of everything needed in the kitchen to cook a decent meal. And view from the balcony and window upstairs was enchanting. Yseult was very helpful.
