Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Alps

Tastefully renovated house in a village of character with lots of charm. The house is very nice and is much better than in the listing photos! The location is great for resting, walking and eating well. The locals are welcoming and put their heart and soul into showcasing their land. There's an excellent restaurant in the village that combines authenticity and refinement. Most of the products are made on site, including goat cheeses to die for. Lara welcomed us with great kindness. She also has a ceramic workshop with pretty pieces and makes products from strawberries and roses. This stay was a great discovery!

We had a great week staying at the family run apartment . A warm welcome by our hosts Ivan and Selena . A relaxing place to be with a great terrace and view on the bay . Beach , center and restaurants all a short walk away. We have been looked after really well. Thanks !

Very good weekend stay in this suite for a peaceful stay. The pool table is very nice and the jacousi clean and luxurious. A very clean and beautiful suite I recommend The Spa Suite for a relaxing moment.

Property located in the city center, with possibility of street parking or nearby. We felt like we were in a small house in the city center. The neighborhood quiet condition and clean apartment. No problem.

They were really nice. The place is fabulous However if you are with luggage then you have to walk 500mts uphill. The view from apartment is amazing. Groceries are also not nearby and if you are visiting on bank holiday take everything from center.

Not knowing Saas-Fee at all, this place exceeded our expectations. The place was very central and close to shops and restaurants. It was also walking distance to the slopes. We rarely took the public transport to get to the slopes. When we did, it was because the kids wanted to ride the red train wagon. The best part about the apartment is the kitchen. It is complete. I felt like I was in my own kitchen and every utensil or equipment I needed was available. We had breakfast at home everyday and made dinner almost every night. The host is very responsive and always available to answer questions. I would highly recommend Sonnenhof Juliet for families with kids.

The studio proposed by Adrien is in all respects as described. It is quite suitable for a family with 2 children. Having the sofa in the living room is really no problem as it unfolds in a turn of hand, is very comfortable (160cm wide) and you wake up with a great view of the mountains. The terrace is very pleasant (sun until late afternoon). The apartment is very well arranged and offers plenty of storage. It is very well equipped, nothing is missing. Shops and restaurants nearby, the car stays in the garage. Ski-in/ski-out (a one-minute walk from the building door in April). The parking spot is perfect, very secure and covered. As for the ski area, it is just exceptional for its landscapes and amenities. Finally, Adrien sends a lot of information before your stay and answers questions very quickly. In short: a perfect stay! A superb base for group taking part in UTMB Chianti race weekend (around 20 mins drive). The estate’s red wine was particularly tasty way of celebrating. Love to return when warmer to relax by the pool, and enjoy the stunning views.

We had the most relaxing week at Villa des Lauriers in Mazan! The house is nestled in the beautiful Provence countryside, with stunning views of vineyards and the gentle hills of the Comtat Venaissin. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to Carpentras and just a short drive from Avignon, which we took advantage of. The villa itself is spacious and well-equipped, with three cozy bedrooms (but we only used one since it was just the two of us) and a sunny, fully equipped kitchen. The highlight for us was definitely the fireplace—there’s nothing quite like curling up by the fire after a day exploring the region. The outdoor area is equally impressive. Even though we visited in winter, the south-facing terrace was perfect for soaking up the sun during the day. We also appreciated the terrace and the privacy of the whole property. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a dreamy week! Marjorie and Sébastien, are extraordinary hosts! Because of their responsiveness and communication! The house stands out for the many entertainment options both indoors and outdoors! If sun: a hot tub as well as a beautiful pool , a shaded terrace,its sofa area for a friendly aperitif will be present If rain: a cinema ( like a real one) , a balneo, an arcade with a multitude of games available , a PS4 …. What happiness!! In short, enough to recharge but also visit ,close to Mâcon and its vineyards , Brancion castle, 1 hour from Beaune . We'll be back!!! We spent a glorious and relaxing week at Sarchianello and could not recommend it more. The location was perfect for day trips to local places like Siena and Montalcino, and it was the ideal place to return to for an evening of eating and drinking. We loved our stay and were sorry to leave! It truly felt like a home away from home.

Absolutely recommended! Everything was great! The time in the villa was very pleasant and Maja was very helpful as a hostess, full of great tips and recommendations for activities and restaurants - all of them excellent. Villa very clean and spacious, modern and equipped with everything you could wish for, including a great grill. We will be happy to come back!

Villa Grgo is a very nice property and corresponds to the description and photos. The location is a little off the beaten track, but you can reach supermarkets, restaurants, cities and beaches by car in no time. The amenities are new and upscale. The pool was also cleaned for half of our stay, and we also regularly used the hot tub and sauna. Communication with the hosts was also great, helpful and fast. On request, we were also able to check in earlier. All in all a very nice stay in Istria.

We had a lovely stay at Leonardos villa in the hills of the Tuscany. The place has different villas that are within walking distance of each other but with enough distance so that privacy is kept. The villa is very rustic and old, which creates the Italian charm, but of course ants also find their way into the house which you need to be aware of. We were not disturbed by that and loved the country- style feeling of the place!
