Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Alphen-Chaam

Quiet, cute and neatly maintained accommodation where I could neatly accommodate in-laws for visiting the Netherlands. Good communication with Nathalie! Repeatable with slightly better patio/tub weather. :)

When we arrived at the house, we felt right at home here. Beautiful house with a lovely garden and close to a playground where our children could play. Everything was neatly furnished and equipped with every comfort. If we want to stay somewhere near Oirschot again, we would definitely book this house again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maaike’s place situated in a peaceful neighbourhood. It is a lovely modern, clean and spacious house with everything you need available. We appreciate the clear and responsive communication with the hosts. Special thanks to Joep and Marion for their kindness!

An outstanding holiday let, we loved it. The setting was beautiful with views across the fields, great cycling/walking on the doorstep, and everything had been thought of inside to make a really comfortable and easy stay. This house is so convenient to downtown Tilburg and very cozy, as described. It is fully furnished with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and full kitchen. The keyless entry was really convenient and Alessandro and Giulia were very responsive and helpful before and during our stay! There are two steep staircases to move between floors that had great lighting and handrails, and they had thought of many other touches to make our stay comfortable. Recommended!

Very nice apartment! We had a great stay at Freek's place, especially during the hot summer days, we really enjoyed the spacious and relaxing garden. We recommend Freek to other travelers!

Perfect place to stay, extremely clean with comfortable bed, quiet and nice neighbourhood and coffee maker, everything you need to enjoy your stay. I proposed my girlfriend there and she said yes 🥰

Stijn was amazingly responsive and very helpful in every way. The flat is small but comfortable with a huge TV! Great bathroom and balcony, and the area is perfect! Highly recommended.

Suus' apartment was perfect for a short stay, very cozy, clean, well decorated, it is close to everything, leaves you coffee and tea, you can use the kitchen and has a very nice patio, I recommend it!

A great place with amazing hosts who also run the delicious restaurant below. The place really feels like home and is well equipped for the great stay. The location could not be better: everything you need within walking distance. I stay in Breda once or twice a year and definitely will come back!

Words alone cannot express how great of hosts Eefje and Humberto were. They were always available, helpful and understanding as well as extremely kind. There was no other place I would have rather been than with them. Everything was spot on from beginning to end. Smooth and seamless. I will definitely be back in the near future as I would not want to stay any where else. It was my home away from home. I have been bragging about my experience to my close friends and now they want to stay there as well. If it was possible to give more than 5 stars I would, so here I will give them 10 stars!!
