Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Alphabet City, Manhattan

Great host, home and experience. The home was perfect for our family getaway- fully stocked with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay and close to downtown Scotch Plains and surrounding areas.

Had a wonderful stay at Marcelo's place. He was always responsive to questions about anything and very quick to respond to any issues in the property. I liked that it was very close to the bus stop for the bus to New York City (Port Authority Bus Terminal). There is a shared full kitchen if you want to use it for breakfast or cooking meals. And also shared washer and dryer which is luxury.

We really enjoyed our stay at Diego's home. It was very clean and organized. Love what they did with all the furnishings. Kitchen is huge and love how much space we had to cook with. Diego was very responsive with any questions we had and got back to us within minutes. I would definitely recommend staying at Diego's home.

The view from the front balconies of this house was fantastic! We had 4 adults and 2 teenagers stay for a long weekend. Plenty of room for all of us to each have our own bedroom. The location is great, we could walk to train station, the boardwalk is right in front of you, with the beach just beyond that. Playground just down one block. The master suite is very pleasant, with a huge soaking tub to relax in. Be ready to do some stair climbing to get in, but if that is the price to pay for the views it is worth it! You have to come up two flights of stairs to get into the main floor of the unit, and the master suite is on the third floor, providing great privacy. Beds were comfortable, unit was nicely decorated. We very much enjoyed our stay here. Edwin was a great host who provided timely responses to any of our questions.

Maria was the best host ever! 10/10 would definitely rent again. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable for my stay and was very sure to let me know if I needed anything to make my stay better she would accommodate.

The stay at this home was so lovely. It was super clean & comfortable. Each room was an even temperature & very cozy. Not to mention the location was perfect. You are literally within walking distance to amenities, supermarkets, restaurants and retail stores. It's and easy 15 min drive to Metlife Stadium and The American Dream mall which was such an experience. This home comfortably fit 8 people with room to spare. I will have to say my family and I gave our stay a 10 out of 10. Thank you Peretz!

Beautiful place! I spent a week at Robert's place with my wife, setting up my office and laptops there. I got to watch the bay and swans floating down it while working. I got DoorDash, Amazon, and Total Wine deliveries while I stayed there and all were seamless. The location is easily found. TV was great in the den area. We watched a couple of movies on Prime. Perfect location, outside the craziness of mainland Long Island. I loved it! Would love to stay again.
