A quaint little building all on its own, right in front of the pool. it comprise of a room with a bathroom. it has travatine floor and also air conditioning. its simple and contain 2 single beds very close together, side table. It has a fridge. its only suitable as a crash pad for short stays. it has spectacular views of the mountain and Eze Village. its five minute walk from the sea and 3 minutes walk from the train station and the bus. It’s 20 minutes walk from Beaulieu. Great hiking area.

Isidore's house

Isidore's house, located between Nice (15 km) and Monaco (8 km) is part of our house with a separate entrance that is totally independent. The air-conditioned duplex includes a fully equipped kitchenette on the ground floor. In front of the entrance, a small table allows you to eat in the shade of the wisteria. Upstairs, one bedroom and one bathroom are accessed by a small staircase. A bay window in the bedroom gives access to a terrace with a beautiful sea view of the bay of Eze.

Our house near Nice has two floors, one of which is entirely reserved for family, friends and Airbnb rentals. Our accommodation is not new, but we prioritise comfort, quality hospitality and continuous improvement of our offering. Outbuildings (swimming pool, terrace, etc.) are reserved for the occupants of the house only (hosts and Airbnb guests). The accommodation has a separate entrance and is almost fully equipped (crockery, washing machine, sheets, etc.).

Renovated independent studio (T1) with a separate bedroom (bed 160cm x 200cm) quiet in a residential area in Nice. Nice is a very large town (72 km2), we are 11 km from the Promenade des Anglais or about 20 minutes by car. A vehicle is recommended, parking is easy and free a few meters from the house. Large 65 inch (164cm) TV. All household linen is washed at 60°. We have an electric vehicle charger.
