Nicolas is an air-conditioned studio of 25 m2 that can accommodate 1-2 people as a couple, located near Estacade Market, on the ground floor. The Nicolas has been designed specifically for professionals on the go, but will suit everyone. Nicolas is available from 3 nights, preferential rates are applied for long stays (see rates page). For the comfort of all, Nicolas is strictly non-smoking and no pets are allowed.
