Heidi's Home in the Dolomites

Apartment on the second floor of a villa located 1,500 metres above sea level, offering stunning views of the Dolomites, which have been declared a World Heritage Site. It is suitable for couples with children or for groups of up to 4 people. I offer a room, kitchen, bathroom and living room. The house is located on the road that leads to the Venezia mountain hut, where there is access to the summit of Mount Pelmo at 3,168 metres, from which, on clear days, you can see the Venice Lagoon. For those who can't climb, there is a trail that goes around the mountain.

Borgo Stramare between Valdobbiadene and Segusino

Stramare di Segusino (Treviso), 400 m away. An ancient village on Prealpi Trevigiane, between Piave and Malghe, founded XVI-XVII sec by Istrian charcoal attracted by waters and timber. At the centre of many possibilities: 10 minutes from Valdobbiadene/Prosecco hills UNESCO heritage, 20 from Asolo/Maser/Possagno/Ville Venete; one hour from Venice and the Dolomites. For years I was the only inhabitant, today there are 6 of us, romantically immersed in greenery, relaxing, to find yourself among nature, beauty, food and wine, excursions.

The "casera" of the two "cucher"

Small rustic cottage already used as a stable, finely restored in Dolomite style, maintaining the original architectural characteristics, bright and welcoming. On the ground floor, there is a living area consisting of an equipped kitchen. Living area with TV and traditional stube. The floor is completed by a bathroom with shower and washing machine. On the first floor, two large and bright double bedrooms, exposed beams and overlooking the valley and Lake Santa Croce. Two parking spaces, large unfenced garden.

Cesa del Panigas - THE NEST

An attic, inside a seventeenth-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with an equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with a fireplace and a large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with a shower and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds. Large single house surrounded by nature with breathtaking panoramic views of the city of Belluno. It is perfect for those looking for a relaxing vacation or for those who love walks and hikes. The large garden is partially shared with the guests of Casa dei Moch (the adjacent red house), but without preventing both from enjoying a private space. The heated hot tub (usable all year round) and barbecue area are shared amenities with guests of Casa dei Moch.
