Condo holiday rentals in Alnwick

The apartment was ideal for our first holiday with our golden retriever. The beach was close by, the garden was ideal for our dog. Both owners super friendly and had lots of knowledge to give us about the local area. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Linh's flat. It was very comfortable and clean with a nice squidgy sofa. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. Just one little note: we did find the bed a bit small. We felt that a king-size bed would have been more comfortable and the bedroom was certainly big enough to accommodate a larger bed.

This is one of the better Airbnb accommodations we've stayed at. Karen has thought of everything, from a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking and cleaning, to entertainment options like DVDs and games. The thoughtful touches include torches, umbrellas, and a dog box complete with a towel, bowls, and a spare ball. The guidebooks Karen has put together are among the most detailed I've seen. Although parking isn't directly outside the property, we didn't encounter any issues parking just outside the lane, and it's only a two-second walk away. The accommodation is clean, lovely decorated, and truly feels like a home from home. One minor note: if you're sensitive to light, consider bringing an eye mask for sleeping. The charming town has all the essentials, including pubs, cafes, bakeries, chemists, and vets. Its location is ideal for exploration. We would highly recommend this accommodation and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We have just returned from a lovely week staying in the flat at Beadnell. The flat was modern, spacious and comfortable. It had every thing you might need for great time away. The flat has a lovely view of the sea and was very well placed to make a good location for visiting the area. There was lots of helpful information to make the most of the locality.

This is the perfect getaway if you want friendly hosts, beautiful and peaceful surroundings, and clean and comfortable accommodation. Julie and Paul are brilliant hosts, making us feel welcome and at home straight away. The accommodation had everything we needed (including a cork screw for the bottle of wine!). The shower was excellent, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Highly recommended!

What can I say that truly describes our wonderful stay here ? Firstly the views are fantastic, over the sea to the Farne islands , watch out for the dolphins and orcas , over the harbour to Bamburgh castle and Holy Island. Fabulous. The apartment is lovely, furnishings are high quality, beautifully decorated. Kitchen is very well equipped and spacious. Beds are comfortable and bedding is good quality. Lovely white fluffy towels provided. Spotlessly clean throughout. Waking up to the view outside the main bedroom is amazing. We managed drinks on the balcony in the sunshine admiring the views and watching the boats leave the harbour. The apartment is perfectly located for the main street too with all the amenities Seahouses has to offer. Highly recommend and hope to return.

Lovely, comfortable accommodation in the centre of lively Alnwick, with everything on our doorstep, but still really quiet. Nigel was a very helpful host, who provided us with a useful information pack. There is plenty to do in Alnwick as well as in the surrounding area.

I’ve not had an experience on Airbnb like this before where the host treats you like family/friends rather than paying guests Colyn offered to give us a lift to the wedding venue (reason we came to visit) and refused to take any money. He also helped with a return journey given the lack of faith in Uber No issue with early checkin or late checkout given no other guests at that time Amazing place, so comfortable and every detail has been thought out.

Third stay at Lady Rhoda! One of the best air b and bs we have ever stayed in. We stayed with our toddler and our baby. We were able to borrow the cot - a very good one too- and it was really easy to get the buggy inside! We have never had a problem with parking either and always manage to get the spot right outside! We will be back again! Thank you!

Everything about the West Tower and surrounding area is fantastic, as is communicating with Pete. However, I find the extra charge applied by Airbnb (which we didn't pay less than a year ago) to be extortionate. Took the edge off what was a great holiday.

We had a great long weekend. The apartment was in a quiet location with an easy walk down little traffic free lanes to the town, bus station and supermarket. It was a pleasant walk to the beautiful Alnwick Gardens and the great bookshop. Thank you

Central to the township, stores and restaurants. Very spacious accomodation, clean and well presented. Keep in mind if your aged that there are several flights of stairs.

We stayed in this lovely apartment for a long weekend celebrating with family who live locally. The apartment was perfect, great location, clean, and just want we needed. The hot tub was a complete win with our children. The courtyard is private and a real sun trap. We will be back.

Very comfortable, brght and airy appartment/ bedsit - easy walkable access to pubs, restaurants with bus and train options to visit the sites along Hadrians Wall. As it was very warm when we arrived an outdoor space would have been welcome but I think it is a work in progress. Overall a brilliant location for our 2 night stay. Fintan's place is located in the attractive village of Ovingham and is very convenient for accessing places along the Tyne Valley as well as Hadrian's Wall. The bed and shower were both great and all essential needs are provided for.

We had a great stay at Amy’s location. Absolutely loved the style of the flat, and everything was clean and in great condition. The location was great for us, we walked into the centre a few times and used Uber to get home, which cost around £5. Amy offered great recommendations. We loved the fireplace and made us feel right at home. We also made use of the games that were left. It was such a kind touch of the hosts to leave us some treats too, which were very much appreciated. Overall, a fantastic stay, and would love to come back. Thank you so much, and Happy New Year 😊

This was my first stay at Roker apartments and it mot disappoint! It was spotless, we were well informed every step of the way, Ivan is a fantastic host and nothing is too trouble, I really hope this apartment is available on my next trip to roker!

Elaine’s apartment was ultra modern, very clean and well presented. The bathroom is fabulous beautiful freestanding bath and fantastic power shower. We had a welcome pack which was absolutely lovely, made up of local products. It’s well placed for exploring the local area’s. Holy Island / Bamburgh castle/ Seahouses are all within an hour.

We have just got home from an amazing week in the cottage. We loved everything about the place, location and will definitely be back! We spent the majority of our time out and about and it was so nice to be able to come back to such a relaxing and calming home. This is a luxury apartment in a great central location with a stunning view. Angus and Claire meet and greet you which is a lovely personal touch and they are a font of knowledge for the area. The apartment was sparklingly clean and the size of the living space exceeded expectations! It is a peaceful spot but a walk into town or to the beach is an easy 15 minutes. It has the best of everything and we extended our stay we loved it so much!

Needed a nice break from a stressful period with work and family. We settled in a short break in Cullercoats, knowing little to nothing about the area except for the long beach walks. Cullercoats, Whitely Bay and Tynemouth were all exactly as we'd hoped. And all in a nice circular walk. By luck, baking hot sunshine too as a bonus. But it was Katie that made everything click. Superb host, very welcoming and super attentive. We were short of nothing, and the recommendations for eating and drinking out were spot on. Hyem was a gem of a find and a really cool relaxing place. Couldn't recommend host, property and location any more. Top marks Katie 👌
